    Orly,
    I’m confused….
Nuclear deal with Iran: An agreement or Treaty?

it is a treaty, however Obama claims that it is a deal and for that reason does not need ratification. Congress should have a ratification vote, bring the deal down, Obama will appeal to court saying it is not a treaty, but a deal and it will sit in court until the next pres., hopefully Republican, will issue an executive order withdrawing from a deal

Iran buys 100 Russian refueling aircraft for its air force to reach any point in the Mid East
In defiance of the international arms embargo, Iran last week placed an order with Moscow for a huge fleet of 100 Russian IL78 MKI tanker aircraft (NATO: Midas) for refueling its air force in mid-flight, thereby extending its range to 7,300 km.

Jul. 19, 2015 Congress receives Iran nuclear agreement: State Department

The State Department said it sent to members of Congress on Sunday the nuclear agreement reached last week between Iran and six world powers, including annexes and related materials.

U.S. lawmakers have 60 days in which to review the agreement. The State Department said in a statement that the 60-day review period begins on Monday, July 20.

July 20, 2015 UN Security Council unanimously approves Iran deal

The UN Security Council on Monday unanimously adopted a resolution endorsing the Iran nuclear deal and paving the way to lifting longstanding sanctions on the Islamic Republic.

The 15-0 approval of the Iran nuclear deal clears one of the largest hurdles for the landmark pact, which will now go before the US Congress where it may face an uphill battle for confirmation.

The UN vote came shortly after the European Union approved the nuclear deal, okaying the pact between the five permanent members of the Security Council plus Germany and Iran that lifts punishing economic sanctions on Tehran in exchange for temporary curbs on nuclear activity.

July 14, 2015 Deal Reached on Iran Nuclear Program; Limits on Fuel Would Lessen With Time

VIENNA — Iran and a group of six nations led by the United States reached a historic accord on Tuesday to significantly limit Tehran’s nuclear ability for more than a decade in return for lifting international oil and financial sanctions.

(Obama) He made it abundantly clear he would fight to preserve the deal from critics in Congress who are beginning a 60-day review, declaring, “I will veto any legislation that prevents the successful implementation of this deal.”

    Hi, EarthPlanet,

Please forgive me for stating that one holds one’s breath?

We breathe in oxygen, but we hold our BREATH.

As an English teacher, I can’t overlook
    those pesky problems ….such as
it’s = it is or it has (It’s a cold day.)
its = possessive (My bird lost its feathers.)

Don’ be mad at me!!It’s (it is) an obsession. lol

    Earth Planet, eeek… I am
aware of Common Core and its
    devastating teaching methods.

Maybe when the Obama creature is
out of our lives, that method
    will be down the commode.

    We can only hope.

Parents can do a lot to change an
    Eductional Curriculum. Nothing (nuthing?)
as scary as an enraged parent.
