Frank Luntz on Fox & Friends hunkering down on Trump saying his comments were “worse than people imagine” and then taking Trump to task for saying that he had received the biggest applause at a gathering of Republican candidates.
However, Luntz DID admit that at least 60% rose to their feet in a standing ovation for The Donald.
Was Luntz quantifying APPLAUSE on SOUND or VISUALS?
In any case it sounded a bit like sour grapes underscoring the fact that Luntz probably is NOT a Trump supporter and is softly diminishing him to softly support someone else while not putting his “impartiality” in question.

The Democratic front-runner was booed at this liberal gathering in 2007.
And this year, a no-show has the base equally unimpressed.
