   why? what was the justification? was there a report by a psychiatrist that he needs it?what was the diagnosis?

   ‘Arrogant’ Dinesh D’Souza has to do way more community service than he thought

   Conservative scribe Dinesh D’Souza has to perform a lot more community service for breaking campaign-finance laws than he thought, with a federal judge saying Monday that D’Souza has to do eight hours each week for the entire five years he’s on probation and not just the eight months he was confined to a halfway house.

   The judge also read aloud a report from a court-appointed psychologist who called D’Souza “arrogant” and “intolerant of others’ feelings.”

   Powerhouse defense attorney Ben Brafman was surprised when Manhattan federal court Judge Richard Berman clarified the sentence he handed down after D’Souza pleaded guilty last year, which means D’Souza will have to do over 1,600 hours more service than he initially thought.

   D’octor’s orders: Court psychologist finds conservative clown Dinesh D’Souza ‘arrogant and intolerant’

   Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza apparently misjudged the extent of his community service requirement following his conviction for campaign finance violations, the New York Post reported.

   Brafman reportedly met with Berman while D’Souza listened in from California via speakerphone. The judge said he “never contemplated” limiting the documentarian’s community service to an eight-month term. He also read from a court psychologist report on D’Souza ordering him to continue seeing him weekly for weekly therapy sessions.

   “The client tends to deny problems and isn’t very introspective,” the report read. “The client tends to deny problems and is arrogant and intolerant of others’ feelings.”

   But Judge Berman, who was appointed by Bill Clinton, disagreed, effectively overruling the judgment of the two licensed psychological counselors the U.S. probation department had approved as part of D’Souza’s criminal sentence.

   “I only insisted on psychological counseling as part of Mr. D’Souza’s sentence because I wanted to be helpful,” the judge explained. “I am requiring Mr. D’Souza to see a new psychological counselor and to continue the weekly psychological consultation not as part of his punishment or to be retributive.

   “I’m not singling out Mr. D’Souza to pick on him,” Berman said at the hearing Monday. “A requirement for psychological counseling often comes up in my hearings in cases where I find it hard to understand why someone did what they did.”

   WND reported that at the Sept. 23, 2014, sentencing hearing, Berman said he could not understand how someone of D’Souza’s intelligence, with credentials that include college president, could do something so stupid as to violate federal campaign contribution laws. D’Souza was at the pinnacle of his career, writing bestselling non-fiction books and producing popular feature films.

   NEW YORK – At a hearing Monday in Manhattan in which he ruled filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza must continue community service for four more years, U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman said he considers D’Souza’s violation of federal campaign-finance laws to be

   evidence of a psychological problem

   and ordered further counseling.

   Notice they give an or on who is suppose to get your letter.

   Second they give an nonresponse on if a response will be necessary.

   Soooo sad I have to make a comment on something so trivial as the govt not responding and then telling you they are not going to look at the letter.

   The or’s are telling…

   Or we just put it in a pile..

   Soooo Sad…But God, the people are moaning and crying for a righteous leader.
