    I’m on “Windows 8.1 with Bing”; very up-to-date, 64-bit. No problem with download.

    I saw a “giant”, high-resolution image in one of the exhibits (Exhibit 18, p.132). This might be causing problems on older systems.

    Is this a joke. Rand Paul is not going to start hearings on anything. Rand Paul is a pacifier that congress and obama puts in the peoples mouth whenever they are about to commit tyranny. Before the Patriot Act expired they already had the new one ready to roll out. They just had Rand Paul say some pretty words to intoxicate us while the new patriot act was being voted on. Don’t you fools get it. A person can not be in government without being on the NWO team. Lock and load
