    What about his comment about the future not belonging to those who criticize the prophet of Islam? Remember laws banning criticism of the Reich or Hirohito?…smacks of totalitarianism ..Obama has no inner discipline so he seeks to impose extrinsic order…he’d be better as a caliph than leader of a free country.

    — Today the United States Supreme Court announced that the Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 dealing with Obama’s Ineligibility would indeed go to Conference June 18th, 2015!

    the way cases are dismissed, is being sent to conference en masse and denied en masse. If they wanted to actually hear this case, they would have directed Obama to respond to the complaint. Since they did not direct him to respond, it means that it will be denied with 99% of all other cases being summarily denied. Sadly, the clerks decide what cases will be heard by the judges and none of the eligibility cases were ever heard by the judges
