As a GOP lawyer, Hastert should know better.
Never give in to blackmail, no statute applies,
time is not relevant here.
Furthermore, there were (now) 3 people behind
the blackmail. Each wanted then,

MSM media is not accurate on this crime.
No abuse statute applies, because no complaint
was made in the 10-12 year time frame, etc.
As to Hastert’s guilt, not totally proven or
shown. As to the 3 cons involved, we know that
they conspired to blackmail, extend a RICO act,
commit fraud and uttering, attempt to embezzle
by intimidation, and presented no proof to the
FBI, or local authorities. Sad to see old
Hastert in such trouble. All the (3) accusers
should now be named. Banking is not a FED
crime usually. Come on, Loretta!
