   As I had thought…how can someone hurt themselves if they are in hand and leg restraints… Really… If people thought they could believe someone can severe their own spine in a police van that is intended to make sure you dont hurt yourself, you really are deliusional..

   Since he had run ins with the law, why do you think he ran? To be harrassed again for a crime he didnt yet commit but believed he was going to commit in the future.

   The media bias and distortion of fact is significant here…

   I’m not sure if this article is true like all media but am commenting anyhoo..

   1) He did not carry a switchblade.
   2) Arrested falsey for carrying a NON switchblade
   3) Was not given medical attention
   4) Was in hand and leg shackles and not seatbelted. Thrown in the back of the van like an object
   5)officers had “failed to establish probable cause for an arrest.”

   In a news conference, the state’s attorney in Baltimore, Marilyn J. Mosby, described repeated mistreatment of Mr. Gray. Time and again, she said, officers abused him, arresting him without grounds and violating police procedure by putting him in handcuffs and leg restraints in the van without putting a seatbelt him.

   Ms. Mosby also said that the knife the police say Mr. Gray was carrying had not been a legitimate basis for his arrest. “The knife was not a switchblade, and it is lawful,” she said. She said the officers had “failed to establish probable cause for an arrest.”

   Racial politics on Display. The whole affair was obviously orchestrated by the democratic party. The blood is on their hands and their supporters who vote for the entitlements that keep this administration in power.

   There has been lots of false or (at least) premature reporting. It now seems clear that he did not injure himself and that there was no criminal activity for which to arrest him. His prior record is irrelevant.

   WAKE THE HELL UP.

   IN ORDER TO CRUSH THE VOCAL BOX REQUIRES SOME PINPOINT ACCURACY..IT’S CALLED AROUND THE NECK.

   WAKE UP YOUR BRAINS AND THINK.

   I WONDER WHY THEY SAID ACCIDENTAL.

   IF A CHILD’S VOCAL BOX AND NECK WERE BROKEN, NO ONE WOULD ARGUE IT WAS DONE WITH INTENT, MALICIOUSNESS, AND RECKLESSNESS.

   WAKE THE HELL UP.

   SERIOUSLY.. THE CRUSHING OF THE VOCAL BOX AND THE SNAPPING OF THE SPINE SEEM TO MAKE LOGICAL SENSE OF WHY A PURPOSE WHO WAS ABLE TO WALK ONE DAY IS DEAD IN 7 DAYS.

   STOP THE NONSENSE. OF COURSE WE NEED REVIEW BUT I THINK WE CAN MAKE SOME LOGICAL LEAPS BESIDES SOMEONE WHO ALREADY WAS BEATED DOWN BY COPS SHACKLED WITH BOTH ARM AND LEG RESTRAINTS IS EASILY GOING TO MOVE IN A VAN THAT IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT SOMEONE FROM HURTING THEMSELVES ON THE INSIDE.

   BE FOR REAL. IF YOU FALL FOR THE HE DID IT ON PURPOSE WHEN HIS VOICE BOX IS CRUSHED AND PROBABLY COULDNT BREATHE THEN YOU ARE A …….
