Taitz has a case filed in July of 2014 which is also before Judge Hanen and which is further along in the legal process than the one filed by 26 states which was the source of the amnesty injunction.    You are a Russian-born activist who cares about America’s success more than too many ungrateful native Americans do!

   On this ID effort with Judge Hanen, prepare your case documents and delivery as air tight as possible. Why? For one reason, The Kiplinger Letter for FEB 2015 states: “President Obama’s moves on immigration will withstand GOP challenges. Republican leaders [TRAITOR BOEHNER] will stifle talk of impeachment by conservative members, who argue that Obama’s executive actions to keep illegal immigrants from deportation overstepped his authority. A GOP-led lawsuit by states also faces tough sledding in light of a 2012 Supreme Court ruling that immigration is a federal matter. And the president will veto any legislative measures aimed at undoing his [ILLEGAL] actions.”

   HOWEVER, If If If Judge Hanen et al (1) require Barry Soetoro to prove he is a Constitutional presIDent and (2) prove he is legally empowered to create unilateral non-Constitutional amnesty fiats, then, upon failing to comply, all of Barry Soetoro’s presIDency will be rendered Constitutionally NULL AND VOID since it was founded on a vast legacy of lies from beginning to end.

   We The People can only pray that God stops all of the agents in the US Government who are determined to prevent legal action against Barack H. Obama from ever being finished in the US Court System. What has become of the legal action of the State of Minnesota Elector who requested proof of the Barack H. Obama birth certificate when he was required to use Minnesota’s Electoral vote in the 2012 Presidential Election?
