Next hearing for Attorney Orly Taitz before Judge Hanen is March 31st, 2015 1:30 Central time

Previously Taitz asked Judge Hanen to postpone the hearing or allow her to appear by phone, as she has a problem paying for travel to Texas. Judge Hanen did not want to postpone the hearing but allowed Taitz to appear by phone. The hearing will be March 31, 1:30 Central standard time.

§ SYLVIA BURWELL, SECRETARY § OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES, § Defendant. § _______________________________________ § ORDER Plaintiff has filed a Motion to Postpone the Initial Pretrial and Scheduling Conference and for Leave of Court to Appear by Phone at the conference, [Doc. No. 7]. The Court grants Plaintiff’s Motion in part and denies the Motion in part. Plaintiff’s request to postpone the Initial Conference is denied. The Initial Pretrial and Scheduling Conference will remain scheduled for March 31, 2015, at 1:30 PM. Plaintiff’s request to appear telephonically is granted. Counsel for both Parties may appear telephonically for the Conference and are ordered to coordinate with the Court’s case manager, Cristina Sustaeta, concerning telephonic appearance.     It’s now up to 28 kids that tested positive with TB in that Kansas school. Media is totally ignoring this situation.

    As of 3-12-15 when the most recent EBOLA patient was moved to NIH, they are claiming that that person is number 11. I read that 10 more may be flown here.

    Orly: as of yesterday, Friday, March 20th, I was at a gathering of some folks here, that met with one of our legislative Representatives, and the discussion was about taxes, etc.

    That is…until I got into the mix. And I started telling the uninitiated about Obama! And how abortion, NAFTA, and losing Americans jobs to commie China was brought up!

    I told them that if we hadn’t brought about abortion, we would have millions of children who would’ve grown up, paid taxes, then, we wouldn’t have to cut teacher jobs!

    And I told them about passing your site around to everybody and their grandmothers, so that they would learn about why we have some states with all the diseases cropping up…that didn’t seem to have a medical problem before that time.

    And told them about how our governor told Obama not to send any of these illegals into out state, since they were disease carriers! Cause now we have measles and hell knows what else that has been foisted upon us!

    And I was trying to hold down my comments, cause I didn’t want to steal the show, from our host, a Retired Col. from the Air Force, who had gathered us together!

    And could tell that my comments about lefties made a couple of them squeamish! And told them that I couldn’t get our local “rag” to publish a comment about your site and the treason in America!

    We could hear a pin drop…!
