   Holder released a statement. He did NOT charge the shooter. The is a local matter.

   A 20-year-old protester has been charged with shooting two police officers in Ferguson, Mo., last week, authorities said Sunday.

   County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch said Jeffrey Williams was charged with two counts of assault in the first degree, one count of firing a weapon from a vehicle and thee counts of armed criminal action.

   The local authorities that charged the shooter with assault rather than attempted murder are just as gutless and reprehensible as all others who follow the politically correct line rather than doing what is right. If the shooter were white believe me,he would have been charged with attempted murder. Also, usually a heavier charge is placed against a defendant so that if need be if could be reduced to reach a plea bargain.

   Why did Orly post a factually inaccurate statement? The shooter was charged by local authorities, not Eric Holder.

   Well, whether it was Holder or not, the fact still remains that the shooter was black and he deserved the same treatment that they would’ve given to a white shooter!

   We’re still all living in America, under official rules for (all)!!!

   So now, again, we see another example of reverse racism! Sharpton must be enjoying this!
