Arizona just showed the weak knees in Congress how to stand up to Obama’s tyranny.
House Bill 2368, introduced by Republican Representative Bob Thorpe of Flagstaff, Arizona, was just passed by the Arizona House.
The bill’s goal is to keep the state of Arizona from funding any executive orders issued by President Obama, or policy directives issued by the Department of Justice. That’s the way you do it!

According to the Arizona State Legislature website, the bill includes the following provisions:
“1. Prohibits this state or any of its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with an executive order issued by the President of the U.S. that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.
2. Prohibits this state or any of its political subdivisions from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with a policy directive issued by the U.S. DOJ to law enforcement agencies in this state that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.”
If the bill becomes a law, Arizona would essentially be independent of federal laws.
Can’t wait for a White House that has violated nearly every word of Federal immigration law, pretended the Second Amendment didn’t exist, and made a mockery the Constitutional mandate to secure the borders– which has devastated states like Arizona and Texas — to even try and criticize the Grand Canyon State for daring to stand up to Federal tyranny.

If you research this, you see why it can’t work. The federal government can just deduct any costs from money it pays to Arizona under other programs.

As my district representative, who campaigned last fall as an “outsider in Congress”, I task you with unveiling the full identification and life history of Barry Soetoro, aka, President Barack Obama/anagram: “an arab-backed imposter”, for all legal American citizens, AS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 2008.
If no one in America’s legal community can prove the following statements to be verifiably irrefutably 100% false, then they stand on their own as FACT, and, therefore, Americans have existed under a Constitutionally NULL AND VOID GOVERNANCE since January 21, 2009:

Any president of the United States must be “a natural-born Citizen” (not “Citizen”, not “native-born Citizen” and not “naturalized Citizen” et al), that being a person born on American jurisdiction or soil of an American citizen father and American citizen mother at time of birth. The Framers deliberately included this phrase, this standard, to avoid having a Commander-in-Chief possessing innate anti-American foreign sympathies; however, we now see after six years of his actions that we have a president “who doesn’t love America…”

I believe that at this time in history we citizens of the UNITED STATES must recognize and adhere to the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE and CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES. To many people would like these to be framed by ‘of America’ to make the US subservient to any form of government that exists in any other country.

With the massive purchases of almost 3,000 new armored vehicles (MRAPs) and 1.6
BILLION rounds of ammunition, with associated weapons, who in the U.S. do they intend to kill?
Short answer: You and me! Anyone they think is standing in their way to impose a new Marxist

We must demand that our representatives (Senators and U.S. Representatives) stand firm and immediately force, by law if necessary, the DHS turn over their arsenal of war making equipment to the Department of Defense.

Hear me, America. The DHS can only be preparing to declare war on us with the arsenal of weapons and equipment they are purchasing as they methodically dismantle our legitimate military made up of patriotic Americans!
