Gutless McConnell is a good fit for Gutless Boehner, both of whom have only one goal and that is to get to January, 20th, 2017 with “Obama” still officially considered a legitimate president.
Congress cannot mess with, i.e., stop Obama because of their complicity in the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people. If Congress exposes the truth about Obama and that truth is acted on they go to prison or worse for their complicity in the Obama fraud. This has frozen them in place, afraid to do anything to stop Obama. Obama knows this and does whatever he wants without fear of Congress doing anything. This is where Congress has been stuck since 2009 when Obama was sworn in as a usurper of the presidency.
Think back on what has happened with Congress, their actions and inaction since Obama became the putative president. The reason they will not act is not that hard to figure out.
