Even pro-Obama LA Times believes that Obama has no grounds for a petition for STAY to block Judge Hanen’s order

Recently Obama announced that he will file by Monday a petition for stay in order to block the order by Judge Hanen.

Even the most leftist, communists-R-us LA Times believes that this petition will be just a political move, pandering to the political base, with no legal grounds.

In order to win a petition for stay of the order by a judge, Obama regime will have to show that they will suffer an irreparable harm if higher court does not stay, does not block the decision by Judge Hanen. Even LA Times believes that Obama cannot show any such irreparable harm, as such, they do not believe that even a liberal pro Obama judge in the Supreme Court will grant such a stay. Consequently, the only real option Obama has, it is an appeal, which might take as long as 2 years, by which time we are likely to have not just both house of Congress with a Republican majority, but a Republican in the WH as well.

The only thing that will help lawless amnesty, is a RINO, Democrat in Drag, Republican in the WH, such as Jeb Bush, Chris Christy, Marco Rubio, Carly Fiorina. They might issue an amnesty of their own, simply because they represent the establishment, a handful of billionaires, and could not care less about 99.9% of American people. So far, the only people who stood strong for the American people, were Governor Greg Abbott of TX and Senators Jeff Sessions of AL, Mike Lee of UT and Ted Cruz of TX.    I am not sure what Scott Walker, Rand  Paul and Ben Carson will do, as they flip flopped on the issue of amnesty.
