Video above shows 13 minutes of standing ovation for Ted Cruz. A number of pundits appeared on FOX yesterday standing that the donors, the big money is supporting Bush, but people do not like and do not support Jeb Bush
Also, the most popular conservative talk show hosts: Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levine and Roger Hedgecock are advising Republicans not to vote for Jeb Bush, as he is Hillary Clinton in a drag. Both Bush and Clinton represent about 100 families of billionaires. They do not represent American people.
The question is, whether the will of the people will count in our heavily rigged and heavily bought elections.

I am sure the complicit in the fraudulent presidency of Barack Hussein Obama media would like nothing better than another clearly unconstitutional, ineligible candidate to finish of the requirement for natural born citizen and to get them off the hook for future charges of cheer leading for an ineligible pResident, one Barack Hussein Obama. As I said before, there are about 250 million NBC in America and it will never be worth ignoring the Constitution again for any one person. The talking heads who refused to touch Obama’s ineligibility are, of course, happy to support anther ineligible candidate, thinking it will make it appear they were correct about Barry. The alternative to Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton does not have to be Ted Cruz.
This, of all places, is not the website I would expect to be cheering on an ineligible candidate.

I am not saying that Cruz is eligible for presidency. However, I support his ideas and bold moves on ending lawless Obama amnesty.
Additionally, I will use an expected opposition to Cruz to bring before the judges the issue of Obama’s use of fabricated IDs

Another danger is the possibility that the democrats will use deficit spending entitlements behind the scenes to buy a “tea party” candidate in order to split the Republicans ala Perot Clinton. The democrats have already set that in motion by bashing the GOP for everything that Obama has been doing for the past 2 years. I don’t like the Rino situation anymore than Orly but we have to be careful not to shoot ourselves in the foot again. Rinos are a product of split ticket voters. We have to change their minds in order to win. Only then can we deal with currently sitting swing voter Republicans.

Yeah, we cannot let this situation grow, so it won’t destroy the fabric and meaning of our Constitution!

Cruz is just another actor, saying all the right things. NOBODY gets into these circles without selling their soul. Think about it. Both him and his wife were advisors to George Bush. Harvard educated, total left wing institution. His wife is now on the staff of Goldman Sachs, and also a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. As well, Bob68 is right. I would say it’s for sure he knows Jeb bush well and they are just running some sort of game here. There are no alternatives here. It’s just a matter of how long will it take for people to wake up to the fact that democracy is just and illusion these people are using to rule with. They say all the right things, but will turn instantly when necessary, just like Rand Paul turned on his Fathers principles. Today he is turning back to them. Nobody is going to audit or do away with the Fed. It’s over folks.

Even though Bush and Christie wouldn’t be as great of a choice as some of the other potential candidates, they’re both better than Hillary and Obama.
So far I haven’t heard any one of them saying “Corporations don’t create jobs,” like Hillary.
And I don’t think that they would substitute a pen and a phone as the other 2 branches of gov’t.
Even though I disagree with them on many issues, I still don’t think that they would be as bad as Hillary as Obama.

He might make a good Secretary of State.

you are right. I think he will be a great secretary of state

Question! If ‘natural’ birth really proves to be a determinate of eligibility for POTUSA how far down the Executive officials succession positions does such apply?
February 9th, 2015 @ 3:21 pm
what do you mean? Only the president has to be a natural born citizen, not any other official
February 9th, 2015 @ 8:01 pm
An amendment was made to the Constitution requiring the VP to also be a NBC, since he would move into the POTUS position should the POTUS die or be otherwise incapacitated to fulfill his duties as POTUS or CIC.
A Writ of Certiorari has been filed with the Supreme Court of the United States. This Writ will be placed on the Supreme Court docket sometime in the next sixty days. The Court must make a decision on what a natural born citizen is because Ted Cruz, is attempting to snake his way into gaining the Republican nomination for President. Cruz is even more ineligible to be President, based on several undisputed and irrefutable reasons, than Obama.
First he was born in Calgary Canada in 1970. His mother was born in Delaware USA and became a naturalized citizen of Canada and his father was born in Cuba and became a naturalized citizen of Canada.
In 1974 the Cruz family moved back to the USA. Ted, knowing that there was a problem with his citizenship status, hired some lawyers and legal experts reminicent OJ Simpson’s attorneys. What they are doing is saying Cruz is eligible to run because Ted’s mother was born in Delaware USA. There is a legal process called automatic acquired citizenship. Ted’s attorneys are trying to get citizenship though his mother. This legal process is controlled by some immigration law founded in 1953 to 1985. To gain citizenship through Ted’s mother, two conditions must be met. It is not a either or but an AND condition of which both must equal true to be valid.
First the child born overseas must be the child of two US citizens. In Ted’s case, his father did not acquire naturalized United States citizenship until 2005. This fact alone shoots him down.
Secondly, at least one parent must have resided in the United States for 14 years, 5 of which must have occured after Ted’s mother reached the age of 14. But here is the kicker. The only thing Ted’s mother can confer is citizenship. Anchor babies get this kind just by being born on US soil. This type of citizenship does not qualify anyone to be President of the United States because a natural born citizen of the United States is a child born on US soil to two US citizens.
Since Ted was not born in the United States at all, he was born in Calgary Canada, he fails to meet the requirements here, too.
Now, Ted Cruz has opened up a whole can of worms. Since his father was not a US citizen until 2005, Ted cruz could not have had US citizenship confered upon him. This means not only does he not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Article II Section I Clause V of the eligibility rules to serve as president, he does not even meet the Article I Section II eligibility rules to serve in Congress. It is probable that Ted Cruz is illegally considering running for President and already is illegally holding the office of Senator.

Vp is required to be eligible – one of later amendments – look it up.speaker of house – not reqd to be eligible but in case of loss of pres and vp the person placed in office must be eligible. If not speaker then next in line.read constitution and later amendments. Old Marine Phil Stone

I believe the natural born citizen requirement also applies to the vice-president. This is logical since they are only a heartbeat away from being president.
February 9th, 2015 @ 9:46 pm
yes, of course it does
February 10th, 2015 @ 6:28 am
Why doesn’t the Speaker of the House have to be a natural born citizen?
If the president and vice-president aren’t fit for duty, the speaker takes over.
Just remember that President Ford is the only president that wasn’t elected. He became president because Nixon and Agnew resigned.
There is a chain of succession that goes even further than the Speaker. If the president must be a natural born citizen then all of the people that are in line to take his place must also be natural born citizens and provide their birth certificates and papers to show they are.

SCOTUS decision in 1875 case Minor v Happersett with Judge Waite set precedent for the definition of natural born citizen as one born on US soil to US citizen parents. It is settled law. Old Marine Phil Stone

You’re right,….but it’s unlikely enough psst vice-president that it will never be a requirement for natural born citizen through the entire chain of succession. The Speaker of the House would have to be a member of Congress who is a NBC, even though the requirement to be a Congressperson is only “citizen”. They will never limit the speaker position to NBC…….and, as I said, it’s very unlikely it will ever matter.

Presidential Eligibility and the Line of Succession
Q: Can a person who is not constitutionally eligible for the office of president be in the line of succession?
A: Such a person can serve in an office that is in the line of succession, but he or she can’t become president and would get skipped over if the presidency was vacated.
…………………
So all of these cabinet positions are in the presidential line of succession, and some of the office holders have been, in fact, ineligible to serve as president. President George W. Bush’s secretary of labor, Elaine Chao, was born in Asia. Madeleine Albright, who served as secretary of state under President Bill Clinton was born in Czechoslovakia. Both women could not have ascended to the presidency had they been called upon to do so.
