From Rep. Gwen Moore’s office:
Obama will invoke Charlie Hebdo victims tonight in his State of the Union Address tonight.
But he won’t say Islamic terrorism.
Democrats will hold up pencils in symbolism of support of the Charlie Hebdo reporters who were slaughtered.
