    There is a difference between evasion, and owing unpaid taxes. One is criminal, the other a civil debt. Or are you saying they shouldn’t prosecute Grimm?

    they should prosecute both. there are plenty of cases of people going to prison for unpaid taxes. Al Sharpton should not be above the law

    @Andrew Morris…

    Anyone intelligent enough to hold public office knows if they owe unpaid taxes — no difference between that and evasion.

    Or are you saying Democrats like Timothy Geithner (sp?) and Al Sharpton shouldn’t be prosecuted but Republicans like Grimm should?

    one correction: Geitner, indeed, held public office, but I do not believe that Sharpton ever held any public office, he is a talk show host for MSNBC and a pastor

    Owing taxes is not a crime. Reprehensible, yes, but not a crime.

    Hey, Mose: Why don’t you attack Al Sharpton?

    Talk about being subjective and speaking for a freeloader!!!

    And this guy’s going around the nation and pretending he’s so damned righteous being a Rev.! What a joke!

    With him and his co-hurts. they don’t care about doing what’s right! This guy needs a legal lesson…!
