Court asked questions to K.Oaks Chief, Rio Grande Valley Sector, Border Patrol, U.S Customs and Border Protection. Plaintiff Dr. Taitz addressed the court as to Temporary Injunction. Discussion held. Court will decide and write an order. If parties would like to file anything with the Court Plaintiff has until 7 th of November and Defendant may file a response by the 14th of November.    Are you kidding me??

   PEOPLE, read this part again:

   “Judge Hanen asked Chief Kevin Oakes, wouldn’t this big amnesty be a magnet to another flood of illegals, who will hope to get legalized like their brother-en and predecessors.

   Oakes agreed that if Obama sticks us with this new mega amnesty, we will see a huge flood of illegals storming the borders.

   The judge asked Oakes if he is prepared. Oaks said that they got millions of rounds of ammunition.”

   Perfect! Just perfect! WHAT A HOOT!

   So when the illegals storm the border, we might feel the need to machinegun ’em????

   Hail To The Chief:

   Chief, you’ve gotta be on our side with an answer like that… not that there should be violence, no sane person wants that… but that you, as a government functionary, have clearly (in an oblique way) laid down the line of demarcation between Obola’s insanity and the common sense of THE PEOPLE.

   I hope you’re not going to file any amendments or additional evidence or reports from your doctor as it would delay this even more.

   The judge needs to quarantine Mexicans muy pronto.

   Prayer for Civil Authority

   Lord Jesus Christ, King of the universe, look with mercy on those who rule
   over us. Grant to our President and his administration the grace to know
   and do your will. Let them serve all their subjects in truth and righteousness.
   Inspire our Congressmen with the courage to make laws for the good of all
   rather than the few. Give our Judges your Spirit of wisdom and understanding
   that they may discern the truth and impartially administer the law.
   And let all the people pitch in to make our way of government
   continue to work. Amen.

   Oakes was serious about the use of ammunition,but it wouldn’t be used against the illegals.It would be used against citizens protesting the invasion.

   Well…I’m a little confused…is Oaks a border patrol officer/guard and a witness for the govt?

   And the millions of rounds of ammunition…is that for protecting the border? or using against Americans?

   Orly, were you able to have witnesses for your case? Wow! 8-hours!

   So Oaks is a govt witness? And he’s also a border patrol office/guard?

   Orly, did you get the chance to put witnesses on the stand?

   How do you think this court appearance went?

   And 8 hours in court? Wow!

   Sometimes I feel like I’m a passenger on the Titanic.

   I look into the captains quarters, and I see a clown steering the ship.

   It’s Obama, with his bloody joker face, looking for an Iceberg.

   I think Democrats, the average “war on women” “I need an abortion” morons are finally seeing the clown. He wants to kill everyone on the ship.

   It’s the Barak Ebola ship. Its no longer America. He can’t find an Iceberg because the crew keeps him steering around them, so he’s now filling it with deadly disease at foreign ports and taking on pirates.

   The Ebola clown is at the wheel.

   After 6 years of this foreign usurper and countless hearings to expose his fraud it sounds like you are still at the top of your game. The Lord will remove him in a way no man will receive credit. Lets hope this judge places a massive lockdown right now to start the process.

    Great analogy; thank you for sharing.

    As I recall, not many survived that
    sinking ship, including the ‘captain’
    and Obama is definitely going down.
    Whether sooner or later, he will
    pay for his crimes against humanity.

    It is incredible to see this type
    of history unfolding before us.

    The corruption has so infested our
    government that even the Founding
    Fathers would believe they are having
    nightmares and would one day wake up
    to find it was all a bad dream.
