It’s only necessary that a small percentage actually wake up and smell the excrement for meaningful change to occur. I personally do whatever I can to contribute to the awakening, even when it’s only taking an opportunity to present information about any number of issues to whomever may have said something to which I could respond with facts they hadn’t known about to consider in whatever opinion they might be expressing.
But I also lend my informal paralegal experience when I can, as for instance in foreclosure cases, and most recently in a civil case challenging the prison industry for a man I befriended when I served time with the feds as a political prisoner. In that complaint I included a count charging AG Holder and 32 others with racketeering under civil RICO. I made the case the defendants had been systematically harassing my friend for his efforts to bring to the attention of higher-ups in the government his having been targeted as an example to other inmates not to make waves about conditions at the institution, and deliberate flouting of official policy.
In his position as a victim and a witness intending to bring evidence to prison and government officials, my friend was not only harassed, but suffered deliberate retaliation, both of which are punishable under Title 18, Secs. 1512, 1513, and covered as predicate acts under Sec. 1961. When I wrote this 54 page complaint, I had hoped we would have been able to find a civil rights attorney to take it on a contingency, but so far that hasn’t happened. I’ve already had to oppose the first of what I’m sure will be many Rule 12(b)(6) motions to dismiss, which had a return date of 8-18-2014, and has yet to be ruled on.
So I’m curious as to what predicate acts you may be contemplating under RICO, while at the same time I can see the possibility of demonstrating harm to your business or property. Frankly, I wish I’d had the time to read some of the civil RICO cases I had to read to oppose the Rule 12 motion, but I was under a deadline to file the complaint that left me no time. I had to do some serious backpedaling to justify the inclusion of the American Correction Association and its director.
I seriously do hope you are able to mount that challenge, and are successful, however you approach it. There is no doubt that history will remember Obama as the imposter he is, and that your name will be right next to his as the single greatest force in confronting him.
Much Love,
Vincent.

That sounds to me like a thinly veiled threat from an eloquent lairer on the other side.
