Please, visit this site. Just as the reporter Donna Anders in the Federal court in PA removed 14 pages of transcript and all mention of these pages from the table of contents, other court employees were caught falsifying records as well and it was covered up by judges, never prosecuted

I am also fighting corruption in courts, though I am specifically fighting to stop the judicial doctoring of court recordings. You may find my Facebook page interesting, although I am fighting this judicial corruption in Australia, I have also posted examples from the U.S. and other countries. To see more go to the Facebook Page ‘Australians against Courts Doctoring Court Recordings’. Orly Taitz, I wish you the best in your fight for justice. |

Perhaps a claim for the financial time and trouble incurred can be filed against any bond a court reporter may have to have to hold such a position. Can the claim be filed against her notary public bond? Can a civil suit be instituted to shed public light on this type of criminal activity. Can the head of the judicial committees in DC be advised? Impeachment is always a slim possibility.

you can’t impeach a court reporter, you can only impeach high ranking government employees who were nominated y the president and confirmed by the congress, like federal judges.
We’ll see what happens in November, whether GOP takes the senate, a lot of things might move in November

I don’t know what remedy an ‘ordinary’ person has against wrong doing by court officers/employees from personal experience. These people get their paychecks from public funds but are beholden to the ‘officials’ they serve. Throw into the/a case the personal intents and prejudices and there is a serious and real governmental and societal problem that there is no proof of unbiased or honest actions. I believe all public employees should be self bonded against personal malfeasance on the job.
