   If he were to do that BEFORE the election and an ISIS terror attack were launched from bases in Juarez, Mexico, the outcry would be worse than it would be in any case.

   It is just a matter of time until we get hit. They will blame it on the inaction of Boehner. The elections are a forgone conclusion. The blue states will wait until the last minute to turn in the vote and will stuff the box until they have enough. No IDs. Bogus absentee ballots etc. I don’t have to make this up it has been happening starting when Pelosi won The House in the mid terms of Bush’s second term. The media reported it but didn’t stop it. Fair and balanced reporting. Truth and corruption.
   The blue states have to start hurting. The ones rigging the votes. Like the Secretary of State of California just like Orly pointed out in her open letter. They have to take the cure.

   While judge hanen does seem to be expressing appropriate concerns over government lawyers continual and singular reliance on this mysterious concept of “standing”, his reticence to voice what should be the most obvious of conclusions, demand for straightforward corrective actions, and/or prosecutions for the unquestionable criminal activity of government on so many levels still leaves me wary of his sincerity and position.

   As for this “Article III Standing” continually referenced as a defense against citizens suing the government. I have read section III time after time yet see nothing that could possibly be interpreted to contrive such a concept. The only possibility I can suppose is section 2: “The judicial Power shall extent to all cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution,………….”. Perhaps, in someones warped arrogant mind this constituted a grant of immunity to federal courts and thereby federal action. Any how the whole concept is contrary to the premise of the Constitution; that all power originates from the people.

   I have the same sentiment, Kevin,

   that this is a cut and dried case,

   a no-brainer, as the kids say;

   this judge, at times, does not

   even know what certain terms mean.

   He has had plenty of time to read

   the documents, he certainly must

   know what is going on in this

   universe, but he delays and takes his

   time to make a judgment call.

   I do not trust any judges, except

   Jeanine Pirro, and even she is not

   coming forth with the obvious

   illegitimacy of Obama. She should

   shout it out, it loud and clear.

   I also await Judge .Napolitano?? spelling?

   to voice his condemnation of the

   impostor, give some in-your-face

   information, succinctly but

   fully. Still waiting for that to happen.
