Could it be that Obama is not pushing amnesty now, as he does not know what will be the outcome of October 29th hearing in front of Judge Hanen and Jeh Johnson and Sylvia Burwell are afraid of liability

Why no executive order on Amnesty until later?

Like statutes or regulations promulgated by government agencies, by the executive orders are subject to judicial review, and may be struck down if deemed courts to be unsupported by statute or the Constitution

An executive order of the President must find support in the Constitution, either in a clause granting the President specific power, or by a delegation of power by Congress to the President. [4]

By having a court trial in October, Orly has put the Amnesty Issue on hold with a CheckMate.

In the hands of the Third Power of the Government, now !

Anything and everything that obama/soetoro/soebarkah does serves to further weaken and, ultimately, destroy The United States of America. There is no doubt in my mind that in order to keep control of the Senate, he had to pull the plug, for now, on amnesty for the lawbreakers. He knows by acting, he destroys the little chance they have of keeping control.

Unfortunately, I have no faith that Judge Hanen will do what’s right. He certainly doesn’t want to be labelled the first judge to expose the ruthlessness and purely evil intentions of the impostor.

That being said, EVERYONE must get out and vote in November. As much as I would love a 3rd party majority, the timing isn’t right. So please do not throw your vote to a Demoncrat. As history shows, the Republicans are going to have to come in, once again, and clean up the mess, God willing.

God bless you and your family, Orly. I know you will be rewarded for your selfless determination in slaying this beast.

Actually, I disagree with Virginia. I believe that this judge REALLY wants Orly to have solid standing in this case. He can only make a decision based upon the law presented and can say that his decision was based solely upon the strength of the argument presented by both sides. This way, he can say that the LAW is clearly on the winning side… (no opinion required) If Orly wins this thing, then… the judge has a platform to to do what Orly prays for. But, it must be done impartially, leaving the judge with no other choice but to rule in her favor. This is the challenge for Orly against Million$ DOJ attorneys on the other side. IMO the judge really wants to do something about the situation but, he is just a judge… He will rule on the strongest argument (whether he likes it, or not). I hope that Orly kicks butt! (I think the judge hopes so too…)

    Sorry Virginia,

Texas authorities are investigating the death of an immigrant who was found hanged in his cell at the Border Patrol detention center in McAllen.

The Border Patrol confirmed that the 54-year-old man of Mexican nationality was found unconscious Friday, and after being taken to McAllen Medical Center, was pronounced dead.

Border Patrol spokespersons in the Rio Grande sector said they are cooperating with the investigation to determine the circumstances of the immigrant’s death.

Orly HLN CNN affiliate reporting on respiratory virus spreading among children in the midwest states. Could the cause be trafficking infected illegal aliens?

I do not have such evidence. The epidemic started in the Midwest and it can be coming from a contact with some wild species common to the Midwest, such as squirrels or deer.
