   You title assumes as though the “congressmen” that do not yet leave have “something to lose” if they uttered the words of truth.

   What is that they are going to lose?

   What is that they are going to lose (if anything) in comparison with the fate and the FACE of the nation?!

   It is wrong even to reason referring to such excuses for them! To expose the crime threatening the national security is the duty of each of them!

   The ugliness of the reality is that they all are rats! By betraying their critical duty, they made their office illegitimate.

   We must acknowledge the ugly truth, that our nation does not have legitimate governance at all. Since 2008 our nation was taken without a shot fired – and, it seems, is going into the darkness willingly, without a shot fired too.

   [Ask Congressmen leaving the Congress to raise the issue of Obama’s bogus IDs…They have nothing to lose. Time to stand up] When a Congressman leaves Congress, that person loses Congressional Immunity. This means the following. (1) The person cannot be arrested in the course of legislative session, he/she participates in. There are 3 exclusions to this: treason, breaking peace, or a felony. (2) The person is exempted from arrest or interrogation for any speech or debate entered into during a legislative session. (3) This appears to be applied broadly as an exemption with regard to assembling any evidence that could have been gathered in the course of a legislative session. See these definitions in USLegal.com. This appears to mean that a Congressman/woman are in a far safer position to speak on Mr. Obama Constitutional Ineligibility while that person is still a Congressman/woman. That is after leaving Congress the above mentioned Immunity is lost.
   It follows that the best time to open the issue of Obama ineligibility is when the Congressman/woman is still a member of Congress.
   So why the House members do not speak up on the House floor for the formation of a House Special Committee on Investigation into Mr. Obama Ineligibility?
   One opinion is that no one wants to open this issue on the House floor in fear of being called racist. But this would mean total surrender to political correct speech pattern. However, due to the House composition, there are fewer people there who would be inclined to politically correct speech, than there are members of the House who are not concerned with that kind of speech.
   Another opinion is that US representatives do not want to draw attention officially to usurpation of US Presidency as all of these Representatives are complicit in this. At any time during the past 7 years, the Representatives could have raised the issue of Usurpation of US Presidency. But they have not.
   Both of these explanations can be annihilated by pressure from the public to open Obama Ineligibility investigation within the House by forming a House Special Committee.
