   You know this is a great point. Col Lakin had already served with distinction in combat and even stated he was ready to deploy again. All he wanted to see was bonified proof that Hussein was legitimate. He was subsequently tossed into Leavenworth yet a deserting Taliban wannabe is lauded as a hero by Soebarkah???!!!! Talk about warped!

   Yeah, and the most warped thing on O’s menu is the G.D. item going into effect on July 1st with a currency/tax (law-? that hasn’t even been voted on by the House!

   I’d like to know who in the House came up with that damned bill (IN THE FIRST PLACE)???

   Orly, Obama has the military under his thumb especially the officers and they will do anything he says. I am so angry about what is going on in DC especially with the Senate. Dirty Harry would defend BO no matter what he does. All three should be put in prison, Harry, Pelosi and Obama. If only the court system was not so corrupt he would already be out of office. Is there any honest judges left in this country? I know that BO will have to answer to God someday but I want him to answer to America. Also it looks like Obama is needing more money to keep all these illegals. Is he planning on raising our taxes to pay for them. I am sorry for these children but I have children and I am not going to take away from my children to give to them. Americans are having trouble feeding their own children. Why cant they be sent back. It would be much cheaper.. I know you are not supposed to hate anyone but sometime I feel that way about BO . I pray that the Lord will remove him, from office

   of course you can deport them. You can also do a test, x-ray of the hand and determine the age of the person. You can determine he age even by looking if they have wisdom teeth. If they do, they are likely over 18 y.old. I am sure half of them are over 18 and can be deported immediately. The others can be deported as well. You can pay a red cross facility in the countries of origin to house them there, it is much cheaper and let red cross look for their relatives in the countries of origin

   According to the news reports, Bergdahl is at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.

   Obama lied. There was NO prisoner release. The 5 detainees were transferred to Qatar at least 5 days, and maybe more before Bergdahl was returned.

   Two different actors, two different agendas, 2 different crimes – The Taliban wanted the Gitmo prisoners released. The Haggani Network wanted ransom for Berdahl. Haggani is NOT Taliban. Congress required 30 day notice prior to any release from Gitmo. The United Nations forbids paying money to terrorist network, including Haggani Network.

   The plan to release prisoners from Gitmo and then obtain Berdahl and pretend it was a swap to use as a cover-story has been talked about since 2011, when Hillary Clinton was still Secretary of State.

   With the mid-term elections coming, and pressure from the Muslim Brotherhood, the White House wanted to make good on their 2008 promise to close Gitmo. This was POLITICAL.

   And the whole thing is a LIE. There was NO Prisoner swap.

   The backbone of the military legal system is the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), which applies to all branches. Once you join a service, the Civilian legal system would have to go through UCMJ system. Bowe Bergdahl is now
   in the hands of the UCMJ system and Military
   Lawyers.
