I used an IP Address lookup that gave the Lat & Lon Coordinates.
From there the rest fell into place.

then the Reverse Address Lookup shows two men.

    What do you mean when you say “who they are?”

    Their occupation?

    Religious affiliation?

    Sexual orientation?

    What information about these people are you looking to know?

    And after you find out “who they are” what will you do with that information?

    I can tell you this. There is no way to find out who someone is based on their IP unless you subpoena the ISP.

    The geo locator can’t ever pin point the exact address of an IP number and that is on purpose. It is deliberate to prevent people from finding addresses and harassing innocent people.

    Orly, please note the following from the link that Destin Malibu posted.

    ** Approximate Geographic Location – This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.

    I used the link above to check my IP address. The map (and latitude and longitude coordinates) show downtown San Diego. That is NOT my physical address.

    Craig Petronella has Alias: Khalid M Kamal.
    and Relatives: Bridget Kamal
    and Worked at:

    Google Inc
    Cloud Computing Raleigh
    Bullet Proof PC
    Infusionsearch

    Craig Petronella seems to have a muslim alias and to be substantially computer and internet savvy.

    Jackson must have been home on the internet when e-mailing Orly. So, Sandy & Peter looks like the two addresses Match.
