Press release: Governors of border states have to file a legal action seeking an immediate injunction against Obama, DHS and ICE

States agreed to be a part of the union, of the United States, and forward a specific amount to the federal government in taxes under a condition that the Federal government will fulfill specific functions, among them protecting the borders from invasion. Obama regime simply decided to be derelict in this duty, and subverting immigration laws by executive orders which are staying deportations for the next 2 years. This creates a crisis in border states. The economy of these states is overwhelmed with the need to provide care for the illegals, social services, health care, education, housing. Further, resources of the police and sheriffs departments are being diverted and misused, whereby they are lacking resourcing for crime prevention. Moreover, there is a danger of spread of contagious diseases, as many of these young people are not vaccinated.

The states can fight back and have to fight back. They can file individual actions or on e class action seeking injunction to dumping of illegals by the facts, seek compensation of expenses and a Ex Relator status, similar o the one given in Qui Tam cases, where the court gives the states the right to step in the shoes of the federal government and deport millions of illegals, who are invading these states. Further, the states have to seek a jury trial on the issue of damages.

Attorney Orly Taitz is urging the citizens to contact governors and AG of  TX and AZ, as well as other affected states and demand that they file an immediate action as described above. If citizens want to bring a private legal action, stating that their benefits and jobs and salaries are being taken through lawless actions of Obama, they can contact Orly Taitz at orly.taitz@hushmail.com

Lastly, citizens are urged to contact the US Congress and demand sanctions against countries which dump their citizens on the US and refuse to repatriate them. US Congress has to make a demand to Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras to repatriate their citizens who arrived in the US illegally. If these nations refuse to repatriate these citizens, US has to impose sanctions on these nations, such as freeze of all US visas to the citizens of the countries, where governments refuse to repatriate illegals, ban on all imports from these countries and freeze on US bank accounts   of the leaders of the countries which egregiously dump their poor on the US. US instituted sanctions against Russia, which does not have any borders with the US and Russian-Ukrainian conflict does not affect the US. It is time for the US to impose sanctions on the nations such as Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras, which dump their poor and deplete the US social services resources.

    In my opinion, all border states should begin doing their National Guard training at the border with live ammo.

    The populations of several European States (nations) have signaled a desire for secession from the EU with their recent elections. Why is it so hard for Amerikans to wake up and see the light? I live to see the day when Amerikan States “from sea to shining sea” put Referendums for Secession from the Amerikan Crimocracy on their State ballots en masse, subsequently followed by the federal lawsuit in the SCOTUS throwing out the will of the People! I may die before that day, but it is my dream to see the States rise again to take back the government from the District of Crimin

    Obama retaliates back at Governor Jan Brewer and Sheriff Joe by busing illegals from other states to Arizona. Yes, all the border states including the Canadian bordering states need to make a joint effort at this.

    From a conversation with LEGAL immigrants from CENTRAL AMERICA:

    The influx of children and other immigrants is facilitated by ORGANIZED CRIME with coordination within the UNITED STATES and the countries from which the illegal entrants have their origin.

    There is a DISINFORMATION CAMPAIGN in Central America that America will grant residency to minors if they reach American territory.

    Families of the children go into debt to pay “coyotes” great sums of money and/or family members in the USA use the money they wire back to fund these (mis)adventures.

    By NOT enforcing our borders, Obama not only abets human and child trafficking, but enriches criminal traffickers who consort (beyond the devil) with drug runners, terrorists, and pimps.

    Such a “macher” in the White House!

    How did we get so lucky to have voted in the agent of our own destruction?

    Let’s ask Harry and Nancy: they will say to us:

    “You have to ALLOW all this destruction to understand how it will help TRANSFORM America into Obama’s Goetterdaemmerung.”
