AN OFFER OF EXCHANGE (TRADE)
Open letter, published on www.OrlyTaitzESQ.com
Dear President of Mexico Pena Nieto,
several hundred thousand U.S. citizens wrote to you asking for a release of a US marine, Andrew Tahooressi, who accidently drove into Mexico. Mr. Tahooressi was found to be in possession of two guns which are legal in the U.S., but illegal in Mexico. He is currently being incarcerated, shackled, abused, held naked and humiliated. So far all pleas from the U.S citizens to release him went unanswered.
However, I was inspired by a “brilliant” move of Mr. Obama, who recently exchanged a U.S. traitor and deserter for five most dangerous terrorists held in Guantanamo bay. In the spirit of fair trade and cooperation I would like to offer you a trade of 12 million (by some accounts as many as 42 million) illegal Mexicans residing in the U.S. for one U.S. Marine. American citizens will consider this to be a fair trade and I am sure you would be happy to greet with open arms 12-42 million compatriots who illegally crossed the U.S. border. Not only this fair trade will facilitate unification of Mexican families, but it will solve the immigration problems which preoccupy Mr. Obama, senators Schumer, Reid and others.
Your Excellency, I thank you in advance for your expedient handling of this matter.
Respectfully,
Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

I love it Orly, sounds like a great idea. However I don’t think they want their illegals back. Keep up the good fight.

I love it! If only it would
be the answer to this situation.
The scales of justice are
presently out of balance.

We really have nothing they want but guns, and a free ride for their unwanted masses.

Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., requested a pardon from the governor of Baja State where Tijuana is located, but because Tahmooressi is facing federal charges, there is little a state official could do.
Not even Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has the option to pardon prisoners, according to Shirk, who added that he’s not certain if the new federal rules for criminal procedure are yet in effect to allow the attorney general to opt out of prosecuting a case.
“The only way he would get out at this point if from an order from Mexico’s attorney general,” Osuna said.
Even that is a long shot, although the U.S. State Department is said to be pressing behind the scenes.
“It is not clear to me that there is some kind of get out of jail free card,” Shirk said. “Assuming that this does go to trial, it could be months or years before all of the evidence is brought to bear that is needed for the case. In the meantime, he would likely need to remain in pretrial detention. “

Oh, man…I agree Orly. The “tacos” are Gone Wild!
These 3rd world nations are nothing but scum! Another superior example of how we need to build a “DOME” over Mexico and let it rot!
G.D., this pisses me off!

Yes, jocularly brilliant.
But here’s the Mexican counter offer:
“Okay, we’ll give you back your Marine, but you gotta grant amnesty to the 42 million, pay reparations to them in your rich Yankee country, and provide the same amount of reparations to their families left behind and forced to endure the separation because of your laws. And you also have to set up an escrow account (based on petro-dollars, since we can see that eventually your Yankee dollar will become worthless from supporting all of our people up north on welfare) for the 100 million or so additional of our citizens of the world who will in the future choose the greener pastures of Gringoland.

you forgot to mention that this letter from the Pres of Mexico was dictated by Obama
