This sick little freak had multiple therapists – that means the parents and the therpist knew he was unstable. Police were also notified. That means ALL THREE parties are liable. Where did he get the gun? If that gun is licensed to somebody he knows, they are criminally liable.
Expect a cover-up. Expect the story not to add up. For all we know, this is yet ANOTHER false flag designed to give government the excuse the want to disarm innocent Americans. Remember – fully half of the people he killed were not killed by a gun. How did this effeminate little freak do that? Smells like bullshit to me.

Something to consider along with commenter #1’s statements. Blaming the outcome on police failure would go a long way in fueling the demand for more draconian privacy violations for the most trivial of suspicions.
I too have concluded and predicted long ago pursuant to increasing occurrences and the confusion, vague, and few facts, or revelations, that they are all suspect, and will continually increase until their goal of citizen disarmament and threat capability is accomplished.
