Sheriff Joe Arpaio
Maricopa County
Arizona
U.S.A.
Dear Sheriff Arpaio:
Why is nobody speaking of the alleged VA crimes as murder? None dare call it murder?

What was the mens rea of people at the Phoenix and other VA hospitals who have allowed at least 40 people to die due to purposeful delay and therefore denial of medical care?
If the alleged facts in these VA cases are proven to be true and point to denial of medical care with foreknowledge that death might well result therefrom, then the word “murder” seems to be applicable. Why have I not heard that word mentioned by anybody else, in this context? Have we truly become so dispassionate a society as this situation seems to imply? If so, we deserve whatever horrible outcomes the future may bring.
I call it murder, and responsibility for these murders goes straight to the top, just as in the Benghazi and Fast and Furious cases … and don’t forget the killing of a probably innocent American youth by an American drone strike! Even this Web site
https://www.newsfollowup.com/
probably does not exhaust the list of murders readily tied to obama.
What will it take for this nation to rid itself of criminal politicians?
Sheriff Arpaio, it is my legal obligation to inform a responsible authority of possible murders. You are that authority. This message constitutes a legal demand that you comprehensively and completely investigate all matters related to these possible murders. Do your job, sir.

No one comments on this letter, but I do comment: it is all-encompassing and hits home firmly and w/o any question that Arpaio is either legally authorized to take action or if not going forth, he is not worthy of the job he holds.
I cannot abide these lawless law men. I cannot abide liars and cowards. In olden days, such a lack of comprehension and action would be grounds for firing and re-hiring a Matt Dillon.
Again I ask, where have all the heroes gone? We have a heroine…

thank you. Why don’t you contact Arpaio and ask if he will act in VA scandal, after all even the left wing media is extremely critical of Obama administration on that. Arpaio should not be that afraid. Please, contact sheriffs in FL, VA and other states, where problems were uncovered at VA hospitals and demand a criminal investigation. This looks like a concerted effort. It looks like with the IRS someone gave them orders from above to falsify the waiting records

The long term criminally sub-standard care at VA facilities is a direct result of incompetent agenda driven VA bureaucrats who are themselves nothing more than a reflection of our broken criminally corrupt political system. Why does everyone seem to think this is something new? It isn’t. If you want to understand the basic problems surrounding illegal immigration go read Joseph Wambaugh’s 1984 classic ‘Lines and Shadows’; if you want to understand the basic problems surrounding the VA medical care mess read Fred Dungan’s ‘Quacks’; you can even read it for free at: fdungan.com/quacks.htm. Then if you think what he had to say is worth something surprise him and buy a copy, after all he has been sentenced to spending the rest of his life in a wheel chair because of what the damn VA did to him.

I read their website and it is more appropriate to write than it is to send an email about their internal affairs: compliment or complaint, they term it.
There is a phone number listed and I doubt a message would be delivered via a clerk.
It is more prudent to address a letter to Arpaio personally.
Since this is a holiday weekend, mail won’t go out till Tuesday. That gives all of us time to storm the Bastille with snail-mail.
Unless Mr. Langford rejects it, I would like to also, along with my letter, copy his and print it out for mailing, in the same envelope.

I have no objection to my letter being copied and further distributed.

I have done so and did get your name right… lol. I was very exhausted yesterday and had your name wrong, but it is since corrected on my letter to Arpaio. It won’t go out till Tuesday. I hope others will do the same and flood his office with letters reminding him that he has a duty to his country and to the veterans who gave so much and have received so little in return.

Sheriff Dept does not have jurisdiction in Healthcare facilities. Cannot classify as “murder” medical negligence, which falls under the jurisdiction of the medical boards and a doctor has to be named. Arpaio’s hands are tied in this matter.

No, this is not negligence, this is an intentional act, this is fraud, this is conspiracy, where in order to get bonuses for scheduling people within 2 weeks, corrupt VA employees committed egregious fraud, have shown reckless disregards to human life and their actions of not placing people on the waiting lists for months and falsifying records led to death. This is clearly within the jurisdiction of every sheriff and DA and AG of the area, where these acts took place
