British barrister and former Immigration Judge Michael Shrimpton files an affidavit, but it does not provide any names, any verifiable facts Shrimpton affidavit
The affidavit claims that Shrimpton has knowledge of CIA and MI6 conducting the DNA test of Obama, which shows that he is not biologically related to his mother Stanley Ann Dunham. Shrimpton did not provide the actual test results, he did not provide the names of the agents that allegedly told him so. At this point this is a hearsay. It will take an order from the judge compelling him to reveal the names of the CIA and MI6 operatives who allegedly provided him with this information. Even if such order is issued, the agents can state that this is not true. So far this is only a hearsay and does not help the case in any way.
