Q and A: Is there a petition to sign to ban Shaquille O’Neil for life from NBA, fine him $2.5 million and force the sale of his minor ownership of the Sacramento Kings for bullying of disabled and Asians?

Is there a petition to sign?  I agree with this 100% and MANY more on every news story I have read!

A: I was asked if there is a petition to ban Shaquille O’Neil, fine him $2.5 million and and force a sale of  his minor ownership of Sacramento Kings for bullying a disabled man and mocking and bullying of Asians.

I do not have a petition going, but you can download the complaint, print it out and send by certified mail to the Commissioner of the NBA and the Board of Governors and write to them that you agree with the complaint by Orly Taitz and you demand and immediate action.

Second complaint and exhibits to Commissioner Adam Silver against Shaquille O’Neil

I am not condoning inappropriate statements made by Sterling, but I see a lack of  impartiality and a lack of even handed approach in the NBA.  I am also concerned about the expansion of the police state, where Federal government , state government and even administrators and commissioners of private organizations like NBA act in an abusive, unreasonable and capricious manner. This might start with the NBA, but it might spread to many other organizations. What if tomorrow a Medical Board decides to ban for life a doctor because of something inappropriate he said to his wife or girlfriend in the heat of the moment in a private conversation? Members of the NBA have to understand that this can backfire against each and every one of them and Shaquille ONeil is the first.
