So, WHY do our spineless, so-called “represesntatives” TOLERATE it?

WHY do our disgusting know-it-alls represent illegal aliens rather than those they swore to represent and who pay their salaries? WHY do they not honor their oaths of office to up-hold and defend the U.S. constitution and its laws?

And yet nullification is what you are proposing if you become AG of California. So why is it wrong for Obama to do it?

    Andrew,

It depends on WHAT exactly is being nullified, don’t you think? It depends on which aspect of a nullification is best for America.

So, compare the two nullification enactments, and decide which is best for the welfare of this country, now and in the future.

Do that and you will have no more questions.
