Request of records under Freedom of Information Act FOIA 5USC §552
Dear Ms. Blacker and Ms. Phillips,
I am requesting hereby under 5 USC 552 any and all documents in possession of NSA relating to missing flight Malaysian flight MH 370, which disappeared on March 8 2014 and which had three American citizens on board.
Retired US Lt. General Thomas McInerney has given several interviews recently where he indicated that the US “vacuum cleaners”, meaning NSA and CIA have picked radio communications and other communications between this plane and the ground during seven hours when the flight continued to a new destination with transponders and ACARS switched off I am specifically requesting a copy of these recorded communications, as these communications are of great importance to the public and would help in understanding the cause of disappearance of the plane.
Respectfully,
/s/ Dr. Orly Taitz ESD
