A comment below states that the Sec of State does not live in a vacuum, she could forward to the law enforcement evidence of identity theft by Obama. Please, contact every Sec of State in the nation and demand that they forward to their investigation units all evidence of use of fabricated IDs by Obama. Every se of state has an investigation unit. they did not use their means of investigation, as they are either intimidated or blackmailed by some information in their NSA and FBI files or were paid off or they are simply corrupt and they place their careers against their country. same goes for sheriffs, DA, AGs US attorneys and members of Congress. US became a huge banana republic judging by the magnitude of corruption
Please, keep fighting back against this criminal enterprise, which took over this nation. When you fight, you have a fighting chance, when you stop fighting, you no longer have a chance

The majority decision is bending over backwards to say that the Sec of State doesn’t have to do anything when she receives evidence of identity fraud in a state election. I’m sure that Alabama has laws against identity fraud and also has laws against misprision of felony which require the Sec of State to report evidence of a felony to the court or the state attorney general who do have the power to investigate or send it to a grand jury to investigate. The Sec has the same obligation to report that all citizens have to follow. The judge writing the majority decision acts as if the Sec of State is working in a vacuum with no assistance at all from any other government agency. It’s judicial tunnel vision. |
