Germany and France have echoed prior statements by Italy and announced that they will not enter the military conflict with Russia

As I predicted, with 40% of their gas supply at stake all major European powers have announced that they will not join a military conflict with Russia, which effectively leaves Obama with no allies should he chose a military confrontation. France introduced a road map for resolving the conflict, which involves Russian withdrawal from Crimea, which is as likely as a withdrawal from Ossetia and Abkhazia and which appear to be as likely to succeed as the latest plan on Syria (so far Syrian efforts failed miserably).
