    i dont think i can sign it becasue i dont live in calif…if i did i would resurrect a bunch of kin peope if need be to sign it… i did contact a couple of people i know in calif about this

    Do I need to both sign the petition and the affidavit that I am a circulator? Or can I just sign the petition, send it to you, and you take care of the affidavit part?

    you have to sign as a circulator, I cannot be a circulator if I did not witness you sign. What county are you in?

    I’m in Los Angeles County. I am the only one, so far, who will be signing the Petition so why do I need to sign the Affidavit when all I did was to circulate the Petition to myself? Can I be a witness to my own signature?

    BTW, do we mail, fax, or e-mail you the petition? Also, do you have a Petition without Jane Doe’s signature? I did not witness her signing it so I cannot in good faith attest to that.
