Being an attorney why are you in denial of these facts so much so you won’t even post and rejected my comment? Coming from an attorney, I resent your narrow selection of my facts to actually censor them. Everything on the news is choreographing to control information. Allow people to know all the facts and not inadvertently be an accomplice helping the blatant obama and everybody clapping there hands in congress with no race baiting on this one yet. Why would you of all people allow criminals to perpetuate their fraud to the only conclusion; to defraud the tax prayers of 75 or more million dollars, period? There was no female in that car; it’s a proven fact. Unless you’re suggesting that this film of the actual scene is a fraud. At least allow people to find the information by copy and paste if you’re so paranoid about viruses when in fact it’s your site hosting that’s spewing cookies. Why?

   I saw the pictures of Miriam Carey, I saw the reports, I think that the notion that she was not there, is absolutely wrong, but here you go, I published it. It makes no sense to me

   − We appreciate the reporting of this matter but, note the errors in the alleged facts. Please read the police affidavit filed in federal court that is attached to the claims I filed. Miriam never rammed the White House gate, etc. We have a duty to accurately inform the public. Thank you.

    How can the state take the child? Why didn’t they give the child to the grand mother or aunt? There was no finding that the grandmother or two aunts (Miriam Carey sisters) are not fit to take care of the child.

    A judge has denied an emergency application for child custody filed by the sister of a Connecticut woman fatally shot by police after attempting to ram her car through a White House barrier.

    Stamford Superior Court Judge Jane Emons on Friday denied an ex parte application filed by Valarie Carey of Brooklyn, N.Y., seeking temporary custody of 14-month-old Erica Francis, the daughter of Carey’s late sister, Miriam Carey.

    The girl is currently in the custody of her father, Eric Francis.
