Here is the situation: Virginia Sunahara died a day after she was born. She was born on August 4, 1961. We suspect that Obama is using her number. State Judge Rhonds Nishimura denied my and later her brother’s, Duncan Sunahara’s, request to see the original BC. They claim that they never allow even relatives to see records, even though here there is evidence of possible identity theft. On the other hand Fuddy provided Alfred Kano, who sits on the committee on judge approvals, and who owns a color printing business in Honolulu, to get a copy of the long form birth certificate for the daughter of his employee, Johanna Randolph.  I need to get in touch with Duncan Sunahara ASAP

 

Rhonda A. Nishimura is a judge of the O’ahu First Circuit of Hawaii, and a former judge of the Hawaii District Courts. She was nominated to the First Circuit Court by Gov. Linda Lingle and approved by the Hawaii Senate in 2003. Her current term expires on June 19, 2023.[1][2][3]
Before joining the Circuit Court, Nishimura was a judge with the District Courts for six years. Prior to that she was a partner for the law firm of Ayabe, Chong, Nishimoto, Sia & Nakamura.[4][3]

Nagamine argued that the original 1961 birth certificate records were delicate and needed protection, and accessing them was burdensome.

But to get the long form you actually do have to go to the vault. And the records that are in the vault have been bound in volumes, not just the one, not just plaintiff’s sister’s records, but other records from around that time of birth, for example, in this case, the president’s birth certificate, which we know this is all about.

So these volumes in the vault are kept in temperature-controlled areas, they are bound in volumes, the clerk would have to go and find the volume that it’s in, pull out the volumes. These are old records, and in plaintiff’s case it’s more than 50 years old. They would have to open the volume. They have a special Xerox machine that copies those old records that they don’t remove the binding. They have been bound.

The plaintiff could not back (sic) in the area of the Department of Health where that special Xerox machine is and he couldn’t go in the vault without this disrupting the security and safety of the other records, the temperature in the room in the vault where the records are kept. So it would be very, very burdensome, not only for the legwork involved going to retrieve the volume, find the volume, find the page, take it to the Xerox machine, copy it.

So, Nagamine concludes, Duncan Sunahara should be satisfied with the short-form certificate of live birth the Department of Health issued for his sister, even though it is a modern computer-generated form, not a certified exact copy of the original:

If everybody was getting [a copy of the long-form birth certificate], those days of copies like they did in the old days, the records could not be preserved safely, the pages would be torn, they could not be protected. So the fact that all of this data is computerized, they can get the data. The law means that this data is as good as the original. Plaintiff got the birth certificate, he knows his sister was born. To there – there – it would be very, very burdensome.

Judge Nishimura denied Duncan Sunahara’s request, agreeing with Nagamine.

    I was wondering about this because Mr. Sunahara has not been in the news for a while.

    Who gives a crap if it is “burdensome” for a government employee to go get a big book off a shelf. Taxpayers employ them to do just that. If they are not physically able to do it then they do not meet the requirements to perform their job and should be replaced.

    I’ll bet there are older, larger, and more fragile books in the Library of Congress, but you don’t hear them whining about doing their job.

    If they could do it for Alfred Kano, they can do it for Mr. Sunahara.

    Additionally, if they cannot provide access to original records, then why are the Hawaii taxpayers funding that department anyway? Typical government excuse.

    What actually constitutes “true interest” in obtaining a BC?

    What about the original microfilm roll of the book?

    When is probate? No will? Did she leave
    anything to Yamamoto? We need to know. Can
    anyone tell us all? Thank you in advance. IMO.

    with local Hawaii news columnist, George Peabody.
    That is his name, as used. Contact him too. IMO.

    I recall Duncan going to court to obtain the release of his sisters birth records and being denied but don’t remember the lame excuse the corrupt Communist judge gave him for denial. Hawaii law states that a direct family member is allowed access to their deceased families birth records. Do you recall what the judge told him? Obviously the judge was let in on the theft of her BC but couldn’t tell Duncan “look the reason I’m denying your request is because Obama stole ur sisters BC info and assumed it as his own.”

    I tried to meet with Duncan several years ago but Senator Sam Slom informed me that thru his attorney Duncan didn’t want to discuss the matter with anyone. Maybe he was threatened by newspaper clippings of Donald Young and Larry Blands demise.
