Call every member of Congress, demand “No” on amnesty, no immigration bills should be sent to the conference, as it will be changed into mega amnesty. demand immediate removal of Boehner, Cantor, McCarty and Ryan from leadership positions. They sold out their party and their nation

I called Boehner and left a message. I did not call Cantor yet, but will call shortly. My Congressman Rohrabacher is against amnesty. I called Mccarthy, he does not even has a voice-mail. For that reason alone he should not be in a leadership position, as constituents and Republicans at large cannot leave messages for him.

I talked to McCarthy’s aides Michael Mettler and George Carom. They are engaged in the same pathological lying and pushed the same talking points as Mccarthy. When I I said that McCarthy is pushing immigration reform, one of them told me: it is not Mccarthy, it is the whole Republican party. I told them that this is pathological lying, as majority of Republican congressmen are against amnesty and against the immigration reform. Carom told me: “what do you do with millions of illegals here, particularly who came here as children through no fault of their own’. I told him: “do what AZ did, don’t stand in the way of the states enforcing existing laws, such as e-verify. After AZ implemented e-very thousands of illegals went back to Mexico, as there were no jobs for them and thousands of US citizens, residents of AZ got jobs. When Al IMPLEMENTED CITIZENSHIP CHECK IN SCHOOLS, THOUSANDS OF ILLEGALS LEFT Al, THAT HELPED REDUCE THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM, which translates to better quality of education for the students in AL regardless of their ethnic heritage.”  He said that it will go into committee. I responded that committee will take anything coming from the House, even something as innocuous and benevolent as e-verify and border security and will turn it into mega amnesty, which will be pushed by the Dems, who want a de facto one party system and a few brain-dead and corrupt on the take Republicans in the House who will vote for anything, as long as they are sufficiently bribed. For that reason the House should not take up the immigration reform during this cycle at all. Only 6% of American citizen find it to be an important issue. It is time for GOP to concentrate on the fact that 10 million more Americans dropped out of labor force during Obama regime, 6.6 million dropped below the poverty line. Obama is a poverty president. Obamacare is highly unpopular. It is time for GOP to drop this nonsense of immigration reform and not touch the issue until after the 2014 election, after they get 6 more seats in the Senate and have both Houses.

Amnesty = Immigration Principle! – Republican House Leadership

Time to Flood Congress with Calls…

Remember that Your Phone Call is Twice as Effective as Email!

Dear CAPS Action Alert Team member,

As we feared, the Republican leadership drafted immigration “principles” that sell out American citizens and American workers. The major difference with the Senate immigration bill is that the “path to citizenship” is slower and less automatic.  In fact, it sounds a lot like the 1986 amnesty, the Grand Compromise of “amnesty now, secure borders later,” that led to our current crisis.

The principles state, “There will be a zero tolerance policy for those who cross the border illegally or overstay their visas in the future.”

Are they saying that right now it’s fine to sneak into the country illegally and has been since 1986?  And, just how are they going to enforce this future “zero tolerance” policy?

1. If your Rep. is a Republican, please call him or her first.Find your Rep.’s direct number here or call the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121 and ask for your Rep. by name

2. Whether your Rep. is Republican or Democrat, please call the House Republican leadership:

Please tell them:

  • These principles are just like the failed 1986 amnesty—”amnesty now, secure borders later.” Do not repeat that failed policy.
  • Any legalization scheme is an amnesty. It rewards those who broke our immigration laws and encourages more illegal immigration.

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy lives to make a difference and for never giving up!

Sincerely,

Dick Schneider, M.S., CAPS Chairman

these “Treasonous communist germs will all be held accountable Orly. Setting aside for a moment we have a fraudulent govt. Give illegals 60 days to get out. Then round them up,ship them out and bill Country of origin deportation costs. They can all take their children home and take care of them. Secure the damn border.

I agree wholeheartedly that there should be no talk of amnesty until enough time has elapsed to show that the border is secured. Even then I oppose it. But I am also concerned about playing into the hands of democrats to use the amnesty fight to make bad guys out of republicans in order to blame us for the disaster caused by Obama and the democrats. Closing the borders should be the cry not Boehner must go even if that is the truth. Fight amnesty by way of blaming Obama’s violation of current immigration law as being the reason it is even on the table. He invited illegals here on purpose to split the conservative vote. This to take the focus off of the economy and loss of jobs and medical insurance of millions of Americans. Blame Obama for Amnesty not Boehner. If we can do that we easily handle the Boehner issue. If we don’t focus on Obama There is nothing we can do about Boehner. The rinos are purposly put on the spot because of the diversity of their electorates who lean to earmarks and democrats and to no amnesty and republicans.

Boehner had no reason to even talk about the issue. Only 6% of American citizen believe that Immigration reform is an important issue. Until 2014 election Boehner and the rest of the GOP need to shut up and not talk about this issue at all. They need to only mention Obama’s violations os existing laws. Concentate on obamacare, poverty and the lowest percentage of Americans in labor force

OPEN LETTER TO THE 113TH CONGRESS 2ND SESSION

    NO CONFIDENCE IN HOUSE LEADERSHIP

    ABSOLUTELY NO AMNESTY

We are a nation of laws. Public Servants, above all, must obey the laws. The highest law of this nation is the Constitution and it over rules all other laws. No law may be made which infringes on or contradicts the Constitution. Every Public Servant takes an Oath of Office to obey the Constitution and when they violate that OATH they can no longer hold office.

Your absolute allegiance must be to American Citizens and to your Citizen Constituents without exception. Your Oath requires you to uphold these laws and the power to enforce these laws by appropriate legislation.

Any person entering the United States of America illegally has broken our nation’s laws and is a Criminal Felon. Congress is not above the law and must never grant Amnesty to Illegal (Foreign Invaders) Criminal Felons or appropriate any funds to give Aid and Comfort to these Foreign Invaders, Criminal Felons. For Congress, individually or collectively to do otherwise is absolute TREASON.

That Congress must alleviate the magnet that draws illegal entry over our borders. All laws must be strictly enforced. Not one penny of tax dollars, government perks, services, rewards, promises of American Citizenship (NO ANCHOR BABIES) or entitlements of any type (houses, licenses, employment, schools, medical) now or in the future will ever be made available to foreign invaders, illegals, aliens, undocumented workers, or overstayed visas. That each Branch of Government, Legislative, Executive and Judicial and their Agencies will initiate and comply with all United States Laws. Constitution and Rights are secured for American Citizens first and always without any exceptions. Period – end of story!

    Constitutionally yours,
