   We The People need to file a Class Action. A person entering this country illegally is a CRIMINAL FELON. Congress is aiding and abetting foreign invader criminal felons. This makes Congress Criminals as well – treason. There is a statute where we can force Congress to obey uphold their oaths.

   Title 28 U.S.C. § 1361. Action to compel an officer of the United States to perform his duty. The district courts shall have original jurisdiction of any action in the nature of mandamus to compel an officer or employee of the United States or any agency thereof to perform a duty owed to the plaintiff. This federal statute permits any citizen to file a lawsuit in the federal courts to obtain a court order requiring a federal official to perform a mandatory duty and to halt unlawful acts.
   A federal judge, or any other government official, is required as part of the judge’s mandatory administrative duties, to receive any offer of information of a federal crime. If that judge blocks such report, that block is a felony under related obstruction of justice statutes, and constitutes a serious offense.
   Upon receiving such information, the judge is then required to make it known to a government law enforcement body that is not themselves involved in the federal crime. No one is above the law!

   there are a couple of issues:
   1. the action is not ripe, as they did not pass the law yet, though it seems to be impending.
   2. they are colluding to change the law because they have been bribed.
   3. most bribes came from campaign contributions and promises of future contracts and future board positions. For example, Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, is a lobbyist who made millions buying support of his dad’s friends. We need one honest judge, who will allow this to go to the jury, who will not be bought to throw the case out on technicality before it goes to discovery.
   4. Congress has immunity, however this immunity is not absolute, it applies only if they act in good faith, not if they are colluding to legalize invasion of 42 million poor illegals (mostly from Mexico and Muslim countries) in return for bribes received from a group of billionaires, who are seeking to legalize this invasion in order to maximize profits by lowering wages across the board and by dumping all expenses for social services, health-care and immigration costs on the overburdened middle class
   5. In my opinion Obama should be sharing a prison cell with Boehner, Reid and their money-men, like Soros and Zuckerberg

   The list of people calling for a stop to immigration reform have done absolutely nothing to stop America from being ruled by an ineligible, identity fraud, con-artist POS for over five years. They deserve no respect for doing far too little too late. In fact. their constant references to “President” Obama, and mocking and ridicule of these trying to end the national nightmare that is the Obama regime make them a big part of the problem, and not the solution.

   The biggest heist in America history is Obama and his regimes usurpation of the presidency. Why are these “outspoken” talking heads silent on the root cause of the issues they talk endlessly about?

   The Establishment RINO GOP these guys have been shilling shamelessly for all of these years has been supporting Amnesty for quite some time now and has tried on several occasions to slide it through when Bush Jr was President. The time to do something about this was way back then, NOT NOW. If they were truly EVER Conservative at all, they would have gotten behind the formation of a truly Conservative 3rd Party that opposed Amnesty, supported the rule of law, supported the Constitution, supported fiscal sanity, and they would have abandoned the GOP back then altogether forever.

   It’s now time to have the last laugh at all of these pitiful, pathetic Faux Conservatives now who brought this all on themselves and the American People by their cowardice, greed, and shameless shilling for the GOP NWO Establishment. When they had their chance to make their stand for the Constitution and the Rule of Law, they were too busy making their millions with books, tv appearances, tv shows, and radio shows mocking Birthers and avoiding like the plague any mention of Obama’s illegal use of a deceased man’s SSN.

   Now, it’s just a matter of time before they and indeed all of us are rounded up in FEMA Camps and executed. When they wind up in FEMA Camps someday awaiting their imminent execution after martial law is declared, after civil war breaks out, and after their mansions and millions in gold are confiscated by Obama, I hope the American People incarcerated with them make it so unbearable for them that they will be demanding their own execution to escape the incessant ridicule.

   I support all conservatives and admire Rush, Orly and all the rest. But removing and or bashing any conservative and especially the speaker will in no way prevent illegal immigration. Obama and the democrats don’t obey the law no matter what the speaker or GOP do. That is why they find a way to split the GOP. Maybe if public opinion changes Orly can fix that. Bashing GOP will make it worse. Illegal aliens are voting now and will continue to do so after you take Boehner out and in my opinion that would reduce our chances of changing the minds of those we need to get on our side. The Rinos are our best chance because they represent the swing blue states. The democrats are counting on replacing swing state incumbent Republicans in the primaries and using crossover voting to help accomplish it. Just like they always have. They have chosen our candidates from the President on down ever since Reagan was the last one to foil that strategy by bashing the policies of democrats and not putting swing state GOP on the spot.
   The only way we win is if we can change public opinion to favor GOP policies and we are doing the opposite. I hope that the democrats policies will cause so much pain that we can fix illegal immigration by electing a GOP Senate and House and impeaching Obama no matter what happens to Boehner.

   And something else: This is primary and caucus season. PUT OBIE’S 2009 TAX RETURN… WITHOUT REDACTION… ON THE FRONT PAGE OF YOUR WEBSITE. Don’t merely post a link. Most of us won’t see it. If we make a copy of what’s on the screen we can take it to the caucuses and primaries and show this batch of cowards what the real issue is. That’ll learn ’em.

   And we can get into democrat faces with proof of treason.

   The latter took his cheap shots against FOX, and O’Reilly was perplexing when he said he thought Obama “had his heart in the right place.”

   What a waste of viewer time, what a missed opportunity for substance.

    I am an old Marine and really angry as are many of my vet friends. We know Obama is not eligible to be in our White House for many reasons. None of the people listed above who have voices that are heard seem to be willing to stand up and shout so everyone can hear them that Obama is not eligible and explain that he is an illegal alien and describe natural born citizen requirements.He can not be impeached since he is not a legitimate president. Since our courts are not honest I think the best way to win aside from civil war is to get public opinion against Obama and all the liberals in congress fired up and get some honest people in congress to investigate his lack of eligibility and toss him out.Most people that I talk to do not know the meaning of article ll requirements and that sup court decided on NBC in 1875.

    Good post, but Obama’s ineligibility is not why he will never be impeached, (or even investigated), by Congress, it’s Congress complicity in the biggest fraud in history that keeps him from ever being impeached IMO:

    Congress cannot and will not do anything to stop Obama, even the ones who would like to stop him, because the leadership of Congress, both parties, will never let it happen. That is because they are complicit in treason at the highest possible level in assisting in getting an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist elected as the putative president.
    Congress protects Obama to protect themselves from prison…or worse.

    This has been obvious for years…there is no other reason, not dirt, not intimidation or threats or bribes that could have been so effective for so long, beginning with the BS Congressional Research Service Document in 2009 that Congressional leadership thought would shut up members of Congress and that those members of Congress would use it to shut up their constituents.

    The goal of Congress is to ride out Obama’s usurpation of the presidency until he is gone and hope their part in the biggest fraud in history will fade away without any of them being held accountable for the treason they are committing.

    And it is even likely the reason Boehner is about to cause the Republicans to not regain Senate control by pushing amnesty. The Republicans excuse for doing nothing about Obama is “Senate Control by the Democrats”. If the Republicans controlled both the House and Senate it would be much more difficult for them to still continue to do nothing about Obama. The leadership of both parties would breath much easier with the Democrats maintaining Senate control, and the Repubs excuse for inaction on the biggest fraud in history, involving both parties, remaining intact. Boehner and other Republicans pushing hard for amnesty can accomplish that goal.

    Congress protects Obama to protect themselves.

    They will not be held accountable because they have never been notified in writing of a crime by the Maricopa Sheriff’s Dept. and the Post and Email won’t report on it.

    So I guess we are going to let Mr. Zullo and the Sheriff off the hook because they did the investigation. We didn’t need them to tell us it was a forgery, we needed them to do something about it.

    Perhaps when the media refuses to report on the March info, they will claim that there is nothing more they can do. And it won’t do any good anyway. Why they will not put their name on their findings on Dept. letterhead is beyond me and not right.

    I believe a march in D.C. is planned for May 16
    according to the Stand up America blog; this was
    in the comments made last month regarding
    MG Vallely’s article on a ‘No Confidence Vote.’

    On another blog I read that there will
    be at least a million people in this peaceful
    march. They do not plan violence, but
    are wondering if there will be violence
    directed towards them.
