HOORAY !   We slipped by on this one by a 53-46 vote

The U.N. Resolution 2117 lists 21 points dealing with firearms control, but perhaps of most interest is point number 11: “CALLS FOR MEMBER STATES TO SUPPORT WEAPONS COLLECTION, DISARMAMENT —”

By a vote of  53 to 46  the U.S. Senate voted against the U.N. resolution.

Now, Which 46 Senators Voted to Destroy Us?  Well, let their names be known !!  They are listed below.  If you vote in one of the states listed with these 46 “legis..traitors”… vote against them.

In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.  The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:  “To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.”  The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been aggressively championed by the Obama Administration and the Democrats in the Senate, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms.  But more than that, the ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. for it contained language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.

Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

    Wrong again. And as usual.

The U.S. signed the treaty in September 2013. Perhaps you should try reading something that doesn’t have “Orly Taitz” attached to it. You might actually learn something. Though if past is prologue that’s extremely doubtful.

The vote of the senate, or of the congress has become meaningless symbolism. We now have obama and his unchallenged power of executive order. He has turned the office of the president into a position of omnipotent authority; a rule by logocracy; his very word is law.

He may very well sign this treaty regardless. Challenged by no one. A foreign usurper; feared by the supposed legitimate office holders of this government, yet just as corrupted in character.

Sep 25, 2013 Kerry signs U.N. Arms Trade Treaty, says won’t harm U.S. rights

The treaty, which relates only to cross-border trade and aims to keep weapons out of the hands of human rights abusers and criminals, still requires ratification by the U.S. Senate and has been attacked by the influential gun rights group the National Rifle Association (NRA).

The 46 that supported it should now be removed from office without delay! They have openly violated ARTICLE XIV Section 3.

“No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vise-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States , or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof, But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

Rebellion against the Constitution in this case is clearly evident, only a total ignoramus and arrogant fool would openly vote against there own people.

And the following Section 4. makes it illegal to assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of…there goes their retirement. LOL

This treaty was not ratified by the US Congress, Kerry’s signature is as valid as toilet paper without congressional ratification

What Paul Jackson says… And you are wrong about it not being ratified. It was ratified on a later vote. The vote you’re looking at happened earlier last year.

I agree with Orly; but at same time may I point out the Constitution means NOTHING to obozo and Mr. Ketchup. Wasn’t the same thing done with Russia such that Putin now has more nuclear arms than we do?? I believe it was Dick Morris who warned of this and the outcome it would yield for all of us.

Great news indeed ! Do you suppose the Senators who voted for
this nonsense are required to face the music this primary election
cycle ? I am also seeing some strange goings on with a query, posted
on a Tea Party site as to who is a Constitutional conservative but two
weeks in,not so much of a link or peep from this site.Could it be this
site is a tax-exempt site and afraid of being political or could it be
site has been hijacked by the evil doers ? Your guess is as good as mine
so I guess I will try elsewhere.

The UN treaty can not over ride our Constitution, the Senate can sign a treaty, but it takes the States to change the Constitution…& I agree to get rid of the Senator Bums who signed for this Treaty.

These ANTI-AMERICAN zombies who are stating and seems like supporting this UN BS Treaty, should also be subject to the same charge as the 46 TRAITORS who voted for this UN Treaty, and it starts with the INDONESIAN MUSLIM (aka) Obama, Kerry, and Hit-lary.

GOD BLESS OUR UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND OUR 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS TO BEAR ARMS—-WHOOOA!

AGENDA 21 (WHAT A MESS!) TRAITORS OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION!!!!

Over the weekend, we came four votes away from the United States Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations. In a 53-46 vote, the senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The Statement of Purpose from the bill read:

To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S., and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.

Astonishingly, 46 of our United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

Here are the 46 senators that voted to give your rights to the U.N. Notice that ALL are either Democrat or “Independent.”
However, the measure voted upon was not the treaty itself, but a non-binding test amendment expressing opposition to the ATT which was tacked onto an unrelated congressional budget resolution. The record of the U.S. Senate Roll Call Vote confirms that all the senators who voted against the amendment were Democrats or independents.

ALL GUN CONTROL LAWS ARE FORBIDDEN BY THE “DICK ACT OF 1902” AND PROVIDES THAT THE MILITIAS ARE ARMED: THE NATIONAL GUARD, THE STATE MILITIAS, AND THE UNORGANIZED MILITA, WHICH IS EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN, AND THEY MAY BUY AS MANY GUNS THAT THEY CAN AFFORD…THE DICK ACT IS PERMANENT AND CANNOT BE REPEALED…ALL THOSE WRITING GUN CONTROL LAWS ARE BREAKING THE DICK ACT LAW, AND VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTION…. TIME TO ARREST THEM ALL FOR TREASON.

Nobody can pass a bill that abolishes the second amendment because that would be blatant treason and immediately start a civil war. The second Amendment is the bedrock of the U.S. Constitution, an unalienable right sworn not to not be infringed upon by an oath from every politician. Anybody that even mentions to subvert the constitution is a blatant provable traitor that should be arrested and deported.
