   AG CANDIDATE: Break California Into Six States

   LAGUNA NIGUEL (Jan. 07, 2014) – A former leader of the now defunct “birther” movement who announced she is running for Attorney General in the upcoming 2014 general election said today she was an advocate of splitting up California into six separate states.

   Orly Taitz,a non-practicing Laguna Niguel attorneywho also is licensed as a dentist, has made the bizarre statement on her blog, which is a hodgepodge of similar announcements titled “Press Release” and other, similarly nonsensical right-wing conspiracy memes. She links to a Washington Times article outlining a rambling restructuring plan by venture capitalist Tim Draper.

   When reached at her Rancho Santa Margarita dental office, Taitz was asked if the move would be seen as legal under California’s state constitution.

   “I am an attorney; of course it’s legal,” she said. “A state has rights and doesn’t have to ask for federal permission to take care of its business. Further on, as Attorney General, I will be able to rewrite the constitution anyway, so it doesn’t matter what the liberals say.”

   “I will also work to nullify the 2012 election results, which were irreparably harmed by 1.5 million fraudulent and dead voter registrations, which not only led to the election of Barack Obama, but also to the fraudulent primary win of Elizabeth Emken after the press said over and over again that I was leading in the polls. We must annul the election, remove Barack Obama and Diane Feinstein, and install the rightful winners constitutionally. Then we will have a special election, but only after I lead a comprehensive voter registration purge as Attorney General.”

   According to Taitz, an outspoken ally of the Tea Party and currently a registered Republican, she will run as an independent, because she’s tired of party politics. When asked how this move would play out, in light of state requirements for the AG position to be filled by a candidate who hasn’t changed party within twelve months of the election, Taitz said, “Are you kidding? That’s ridiculous. Nobody vets candidates, and nobody cares anyway.”

   Taitz, who unsuccessfully ran for Secretary of State in 2010, and also in the 2012 Republican primary for US Senate, subsequently sued both of her primary opponents for various perceived transgressions. Both cases were thrown out of court for having no merit.

   Dr. Taitz, do you know of anybody who successfully obtained an exemption from that horrible Obamacare? I have been compiling data and dread being turned down. I HATE paying a fine for refusing to purchase something I have never used. To say I am upset is an absolute understatement.
