    Elizabeth, nice post! It all boils down to 2 issues for these Obots. Abortion and Gay Marriage. God is obviously not #1 in their life as their Agenda is an abomination unto God. They want to rid Godly things from our culture and thus our society as a whole. They know Obama is Gay and shows it by supporting Gay Rights. They know he also is a big supporter of Abortion as he has been a staunch supporter of Infanticide Abortion. So, they will attempt to discredit those like Dr Taitz for standing for Truth & Liberty. These people are morally depraved and we just have to pray that the Good Lord is able to reach their dark souls. These are truly evil people that come onto this site and post.     For instance, when typing, the letters do
    not appear as they should, immediately,

    and take a few moments of patience to

    I thought it was a virus on my PC,

    Granted that this legal terminology
    is confusing and needs to be
    dissected in order to be fully
    understood.

    Having said that, and reading up
    on the EO 13489 and prior EO’s
    from former presidents, this is
    the conclusion I draw:
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    EO 13489

    It is written so obtusely that one would
    mistakenly read into it that the
    contemporary records are
    not ‘sealed’ and that this EO is revoking
    a prior EO by Bush, in which records WERE
    sealed.

    However, the loophole is in the sentence
    stating that if the ‘president’ is approached
    as to whether the records can be revealed
    by the NARA, then this ‘president’ has the ‘executive privilege,’ to either allow
    the records to be made public OR to
    NOT allow them to be made public.

    It is written so as to make the
    ‘transparency’ seem to exist~~~

    Therefore, if Obama says “NO,” it means “NO.”
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Sec. 4. Claim of Executive Privilege by Former President.

    (a) Upon receipt of a claim of executive privilege by a living former President, the Archivist shall consult with the Attorney General (through the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel), the Counsel to the President, and such other executive agencies as the Archivist deems appropriate concerning the Archivist’s determination as to whether to honor the former President’s claim of privilege or instead to disclose the Presidential records notwithstanding the claim of privilege.

    Any determination under section 3 of this order that executive privilege shall not be invoked by the incumbent President shall not prejudice the Archivist’s determination with respect to the former President’s claim of privilege.

    (b) In making the determination referred to in subsection (a) of this section, the Archivist shall abide by any instructions given him by the incumbent President or his designee unless otherwise directed by a final court order.

    The Archivist shall notify the incumbent and former Presidents of his determination at least 30 days prior to disclosure of the Presidential records, unless a shorter time period is required in the circumstances set forth in section 1270.44 of the NARA regulations.

    Copies of the notice for the incumbent President shall be delivered to the President (through the Counsel to the President) and the Attorney General (through the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel). The copy of the notice for the former President shall be delivered to the former President or his designated representative.

    You know, I’ve been following your work for the better part of a year now, and I keep up with what the media says about you as well as what the trolls who show up on your web site (here) have to say. And one thing is for sure: when they attack with such vitriolic vigor you know you’re getting the job done. I’m shocked at the idiots who don’t seem to know what is really at stake in all of this: liberty. Our country. The future of our nation. The credibility of America. Really the future of the whole world, because when this usurper is able to destroy our constitution finally, the whole world will get absorbed by the NWO, and everyone around the world knows this. It’s why there is still support for the American people (while the world universally hates our Luciferian government). They can call you whatever they want, as you well know, and it just doesn’t seem to faze you. You just keep paying attention and filing legal actions with buoyancy and hope and determination. Eventually some judge will decide they are tired of the encroaching tyranny (which will consume them too) and the threats and the stasi-style tactics of control and silencing, and they’ll start a tidal wave in the opposing direction. Let’s hope Judge Hollander is the beginning of that eventual backlash. I believe it could be so. And this issue with the White House having to recant their lie about Barry signing up for Obamacare shows quite clearly that you are not the Quixotic blonde they try to convince the public that you are. Suddenly you’re not so crazy. Those of us who support you realize this, of course. Loretta Fuddy’s death is bizarre and suspect and deserves investigation. And so do the long list of deaths that follow Barack Obama everywhere he goes. Eventually, something will stick, and his day will be done. I think that day is coming very soon. I actually believe his handlers are getting ready to throw Black Jesus (whom they created) under the bus. I think he’s been framed by them from the beginning and it’s destined that he will be strung up as a criminal. Too much is piling up on him. It cannot last. The fall of Barack Obama is imminent.
