   It is not surprising that the first police raids to take legally-purchased firearms from citizens are in California. Until recently, the state had the strictest gun control laws and the liberal run state government has always looked unfavorably on the Second Amendment.

   Earlier this year, the state legislature expanded the list of what they call “prohibited persons” – people who have legally registered a firearm but, for various reasons, are no longer allowed their Second Amendment rights. These reasons were expanded to include people who are behind on state taxes, did not pay toll fees in a “timely” manner and a wide range of other minor misdemeanors or reported mental health concerns.

   In preparation for the crackdown, the state authorized $24 million to hire additional officers to track down 20,000 people on the list. One person on this list was Joe Mendez.

Once outside, he had M16s pointed within inches of his face, was taken into custody and had all weapons removed from his house.

   It is important to remember that these were legally- purchased and registered firearms. That gets to the other issue about this initiative.

   This case demonstrates what registration lists really are. They are tools to allow police to confiscate weapons. And, all they have to do in California is come up with a reason you should be on the prohibited persons list; a list that is continuously expanding in its scope and definition.

   California gun owners beware: your firearms and rights are being confiscated by your liberal politicians.

   And now we see that Bloomberg is involved with another example of trying to take away the rights of those people living in NYC!

   Geez-us, Bloomberg, where were you raised, in communist china? The people who own those weapons of protection are within their legal rights to own them, keep them, and use them against any unlawful intrustion into their lives by criminals…and treasonous politicians like you!

   Check out the 2nd Amendment, Mayor-Mao! What does it say? That’s right, treasonous breath. It’s part of the Founders creation of the Constitution! Back off…or your NYC public might get ticked off enough to “come calling!”

   Yes, that’s what we need to do, throw buckets of words at them, that will teach them a lesson? If these infiltrating communist are not arrested right now, we’re finished as a free nation. Their newly acquired conquered American land will be called the north American union, world section 13, of the new world order, the u.n. communist one world government, and that’s a proven fact. Sure you’re in denial, it’s hard to believe you’ve been had and betrayed, isn’t it? Blatant treasonous traitor kerry just recently illegally signed the u.n. smalls arms treaty ban, so they’ll be coming to confiscate all guns, or what was the point of signing?

   They are violating the Constitution and provoking a Civil War…Very Dangerous and Stupid….They know what the result will be….a Civil War.
   When New Yorkers start getting their doors kicked in, Citizens will start shooting back, …and it will be on…
   The Military needs to be the “Check and Balance” now and arrest everyone in the Obama Administration, and all his appointees Communists, and Islamist Infiltrators….

   On top of that, you are in no position to do anything about it. You can’t represent anyone in New York City as an attorney. The state of New York would never grant you a license to practice law there and no court would allow you pro hac vice status.

   Why don’t you go back to Moldova where you belong?!

    It’s starting! Gun confiscation coming to a city or town near you. No one has remembered the history of the 20th century, when over 200 million people were liquidated(fine Commie term)by their own governments after first being disarmed.”Keep your arms well oiled and maintained, and keep some powder dry.”

    I am licensed to appear before multiple courts around the nation, I can get licensed or pro hac vice in NY as well, if there is a NY attorney with some guts to fight this tyranny and sign my pro hac vice as a local contact
