Can someone help ID this person, who is using this IP       70.171.239.23?

I get a  lot of comments and e-mails from a person who claims to be a supporter by name Donna L Schoen, however this person never donated a cent and appears to root for people who actually attack me and sabotage my work. One of my supporters traced the IP to this address:

4225 4th Ave NW

Phoenix, AZ 85013

Instantcheckmate has a report on him, have to have an account with this site.

If he is the one, he is 32 and may have a criminal record.
