Now even Lord Monkton, former Arpaio ally, blames Arpaio for doing nothing, for not submitting to the DA or AG the official criminal complaint for prosecution. That is what I’ve been saying for 2 years now: Arpaio and Zullo only used this issue for large scale fundraing and as a leverage against Obama in a law suit Arpaio was facing, but never submitted the criminal complaint and only caused damage by making deal with the central witness to be in contempt of the court subpoena in my case
