Obama: I’m Willing to Negotiate Health Care Law — but Not Until Shutdown Ends and New Debt Ceiling Passes 437 Comments

Obama is clearly trying to save face while he is being pressured by the bankers.

so, here are two options:

1. as I said before, reopen everything aside from Obama care and have a judge rule on 1 year delay for corporations, but not for individuals.

2. why not have a three step agreement: sign an agreement, where you open the government with a short term resolution to let Obama save face, however a part of the agreement states that immediately upon reopening of the government individual  mandate for individuals is delayed by a year. Same thing with the increase of the debt ceiling: short term increase to allow Obama save face and right after it an agreement   to cut spending, after which the debt ceiling increase is extended to October 2014?

    It’s the Republicans who need the “face saving” which will come in the form of saying they ALLOWED a clean CR and Obamacare to continue.

    Obama to house speaker John Boehner: “I dare you to hold a house vote on a clean CR.”

    Boehner should instead note that despite the shut-down, there is no danger of actual default, and point out the danger that Obama’s wild, irresponsible and unsustainable borrowing and spending poses to the U.S. dollar and Obama’s reckless disregard for our nation’s future and that of our children; and then challenge die-hard obstructionist Harry Reid to actually allow the people’s representatives in senate to vote on the many funding bills he has received from Boehner.

    In his comments to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Boehner rightly said:

    “We are not going down that path. It is time to deal with America’s problems. How can you raise the debt limit and do nothing about the underlying problem? George, we’ve spent more than what we’ve brought in for 55 of the last 60 years. This year, the federal government will have more revenue than any year — any year in the history of our country, and yet, we’re still going to have a nearly $700 billion budget deficit. We are squandering the future for our kids and our grandkids by not dealing with this problem.”

    When you are bankrupt and have maxed out all your credit cards is NOT time to increase your debt limit! It is instead LONG past time to cut your spending and think about re-payment of your debt!

    The politicians gave people absolutely NOTHING! They only “gave” people what they confiscated from those who actually produced it. Does this air-head truly desire for politicians to tell her how to spend her money?

    Does anyone actually believe that Mr. fraud and the Dems would really keep their word?? Once the CR and debt limit is passed, they would laugh and go about their business as usual and continue to screw the American people.

    PS. I guess that includes all of the leftists media, can you read ABC, CBS NBC, etc. you get it now. What fools the media are making of themselves. When we finally get rid of the scum the media will never again be able to get another job in their own field. I would like to make an appointment now to get my floors scrubbed and my garage needs cleaning out. Call me when you mediat a$$es need some work.
