   The most important highways and roads for Congressman and Senators on Friday are the ones leading to the Dulles and Reagan airports. There may be other private airports in the area that the jet-setting Congressmen and Senators use for their private jets. Many of the Congressmen and Senators who fly on commercial aircraft will book flights for departures around noon or early afternoon on Friday. If you block passage to the airports, you’ll really piss these sorry bastards off.

   Planning to arrest Congress members? This may or may not be the time for that but for sure it is time to put them on notice. I say Dec 1st, 2013. if impeachment proceedings have not started against Obama then call on our military to fullfill their oath of duty (Joint Chiefs and commanders first) to arrest Obama and put every Congress member, Democrat or Republican under house arrest and have new elections with paper ballots. If the military will not do anything then the people can rise up and enforce the Constituion themselves.

   Russian intelligence (GRB) has already determined recently from Pentagon counterparts that Obama intends to cite the NDAA as justification for martial law dictatorship within weeks citing as justification insurrection caused by the States’ refusal to accept unConstitutional NDAA and Obamacare legislation.

    Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200:
    The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009.
    I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

    To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.

    The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.

    However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.

    The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.

    The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

    This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, in direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.

    If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However , that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.

    So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though.

    The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;

    The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

    I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution.” If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

    For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.

    They are calling for Obama’s removal from office. If they had all your info on Obama, it would give them more ammunition to fight with. If they spread their protest to major cities, it will get news coverage. Wouldn’t it be great to hear them mentioning Obama’s forged BC and stolen SSN.

    Arms shipments might seem off-topic but they reveal more of the constellation where mankind, even in America, is as disposable as Chinese junk in dollar stores. “High impact” weapons are dumped–untraced and untraceable–by the cargo load into, more or less, anything/anyone/anywhere goes repositories while U.S. citizens suffer bans and attempted bans on everything including our tempers.

    The Obamacare “law” wasn’t even passed legally according to the dictates of the federal legislative process in the US Constitution. Since it was ruled a “tax” by the SCOTUS, it renders the legislation DOA automatically because any legislation involving a “tax” can only originate in the House of Representatives. The SCOTUS rewrite of the legislation to suit the Obama regime was completely unconstitutional as well. In addition, according to US law, the federal District Court in Florida had no original jurisdiction whatsoever for the lawsuit brought by 27 States against the federal government. By US statute, such a suit can only “originate” in the US Supreme Court itself for disputes between States and the federal government. This patently unconstitutional legislation is a direct threat to the livelihood of so many Amerikans that it warrants Secession by the 27 States who do not want any part of it whatsoever. Nullification will only lead to more lawsuits down the road, and we know now quite well what side wins federal lawsuits these days! It is patently clear now that the federal government has no intention whatsoever of following its Compact with the States, the US Constitution. Let’s take a step back and look at the WHOLE picture: The usurpations by the federal government happen way too frequently now to show a clear pattern of behavior against the US Constitution – not too surprising considering a US mafia is now running our country. This is enough in and of itself to warrant the charge of breach of contract. States, in order to protect their own sovereignty and indeed the sovereignty of their own citizens, need to get out as quick as they can. I have to admire a State (Republic technically) like Texas which is already preparing for the worst.

    “Texas Governor Rick Perry (R) made no secret since 2009 his feelings on if the United States Federal Government and the republic collapsed what his feelings were. It is no secret that Texas is a big battleground state and one of the industry leaders with even a slot in the World Economy.

    This year, the Attorney General of Texas, Gregg Abott, signed a contingency plan that he would help the Texas Nationalist Movement in the event of an economic collapse to restore the Republic of Texas to the full glory of the nation it once was. It seems that Oklahoma would join its sister state in leaving and they are on the list of the 16 states that would be cut if President Obama does this by wealth.

    Louisiana is flirting with the idea and Arkansas as well. Parts of Colorado (considering that they had the first re-call election and replaced legislatures for the first time in history during a term) and New Mexico are also lining up with the idea . Could we see the rise of the Republic of Texas again?

    How credible is the threat? Well there are several things that makes this doomsday scenario possible. Number one, the government already has the contingency plan in place and President Obama signed off on the executive order already…”

    Since Obamacare originated in the Senate instead of the HOR, it is an invalid law from the get-go now that SCOTUS has ruled it is a “tax”. tax laws can ONLY originate in the HOR according to the US Constitution.
