Response from Major General Edward Browne (Ret) regarding national guard

I e-mailed General Browne, as currently Obama is closing access to parks and points of interest in multiple states and seeking to destroy economy of these states without any legitimate reason. his actions are not motivated by a financial need, but are totally arbitrary and capricious. For example, he closed access to MT. Rushmore,  he closed access to the Golden Gate Bridge, to Grand Canyon. Governor of AZ offered to repay the federal government whatever is necessary to keep the road open and he refused simply out of spite, malice and vindictiveness. My position is that governors of states have control of National guard, state police, county sheriffs. They can open access and arrest any federal employee who is preventing access. Let Feds go to court and explain to the judge and the jury of 12 citizens of AZ, why is Obama seeking to destroy local tourism and local economy if the state is reimbursing him whatever he is spending on one or two park rangers that were furloughed. Obots claimed that Governors have no control over the National guard. I’ve proven to them that they do have control over the National guard division of their respective states. At that point I got an e-mail that different state National guards have no access to their weapons. I wrote to General Browne, who is currently retired, but who stated that every state National Guard had control of their weapons, had the weapons with them  when he was in active duty and he believes this is the case now. Obama cannot enforce this closure: posse committals prevents him from bringing the US military. DHS, CIA FBI and other federal agencies have absolutely no jurisdiction to get involved in this dispute. In my opinion every state has a right to reopen the access to these parks in his state, use National guard, state police and county sheriffs to enforce such access, send a few bucks to Obama for a couple of days of work of a couple of park rangers and tell him “sue me”. They can also bring a class action legal action, as Obama’s actions are totally capricious and do not serve any legitimate reason.

I HAVE BEEN RETIRED FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS, BUT WHEN I WAS ON ACTIVE DUTY, THE GUARD CONTROLLED THEIR WEAPONS.  I BELIEVE THAT PREVAILS TODAY.

    every move Obama makes is orchestrated by those people who hid his past history – they let Obama do the small stuff like Gay Marraige thing and Marijuana – but th important decisions are done by is benefactors- he is told what to do- lest they reveal his criminal past history-

    I think it would be great if the national guard would just go and ARM THEMSELVES, without telling The Whiz! LOL!
