State governors need to use their emergency powers and reopen all parks, where the local economy depends on those parks, secure the perimeter with the National guard (it is controlled by the state governors) and let the feds sue them or sue the feds for tortous intrference with the economy of their state. Actions by the feds were arbitrary and capricious and indefensible in the court of law

Towns, States Are Ponying Up to Keep National Parks Open

The Arizona town of Tusayan, on the southern rim of the Grand Canyon, has 558 residents and 1,000 hotel rooms. And by Friday, it had $325,000 to reopen temporarily shuttered Grand Canyon National Park.
“The reason we exist is the Grand Canyon National Park. This closure is devastating,” said Greg Bryan, Tusayan’s mayor and the owner of a Best Western hotel. The town is offering to fund a partial reopening of the park that would allow visitors to drive through on a main road and stop at overlooks.
As the federal-government shutdown entered its fifth day Saturday, state and local governments were searching for ways to keep attractions open, especially in places where local economies largely depend on the parks. Some are willing to pay to keep the parks going during these final crucial weeks of prime tourist season, before winter sets in.

Mr. O calls this Muslim museum “sacred” and puts his own money to re-open.

The federal government can seize control of the National Guard anytime it so desires. The National Guard is a “National” Guard, not a bonafide State Militia which the Constitution had in mind. This was part of the Establishment’s scheme to rid the People (the States) of control of the federal government as the Constitution intended.

show me the law that states that.
National guard of every state is under the control of governors of those states, that is why during natural disasters the governors call in the National guard of their state, not the president

the story about the Muslim museum was proven to be a joke, a hoax

Orly, you are right. The Governor does control the Guard. There is one small problem. The United States Army controls their weapons and keeps them locked in THEIR Armory.

Gov. Jerry Brown! https://www.willitsnews.com/ci_24249556/california-wont-turn-arrested-illegal-immigrants-over-feds

governor Brown should be prosecuted for violation of the immigration laws, for misprision of felonies, for aiding and abetting in violation of the U.S. immigration laws.

As per my comment above. That is why the unorganized militia made up of all adult citizens of the State has been ignored and vilified by the Overblown Federal Government.
“The right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” We are only now beginning to understand why the put that in the Bill of Rights.
Stick around. I believe things are going to get very interesting, and very soon.

When a National Guard unit is “federalized”, it is activated to full-time duty in a war and placed under the exclusive auspices of the federal government.
“Use of Militia and Armed Forces to Enforce Federal Authority.
Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, assemblages, or rebellion make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State or Territory, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State. This is another statutory exception to the PCA”

Note especially where it says in the above article “Active as State-funded Militia under various names 1636-1903 (followed immediately by) Active as federal reserve forces 1903-present” THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONVEY TO ALL OF YOU. This was a subversive federal Act that essentially neutered the State Militias as they were designed to be under exclusively State control only by the Founding Fathers, but the federal government once again did an end-around on this crucial aspect of the 2nd Amendment way back in 1903 when it passed The Militia Act on January 21st, 1903.
“On September 24, 1957 President Dwight D. Eisenhower federalized the entire Arkansas National Guard in order to ensure the safe entry of the Little Rock 9 to Little Rock Central High School the following day. Governor Orval Faubus had previously used members of the guard to deny the students entry to the school.”
Remember what happened when George Wallace, Governor of Alabama, challenged the federal government over desegregation? JFK “federalized” the Alabama National Guard troops with Executive Order 11111 to enforce Wallace to step aside as he blocked entry.

Now, we all know quite well that Obama has issued around 920 or so Executive Orders now – much, much, much more than any President before him in recent or ancient history. I would venture to say he has possibly issued more Executive Orders than most kings and tyrants. If this isn’t tyranny, what exactly is??? I’m sure he wouldn’t have any problem whatsoever with “federalizing” the National Guard of any State in the Union to satisfy his petulance.

This is from the Oathkeepers website. It points out the subversion I have been telling you guys about…
“For the first 125 years of our history, the “Militia of the several States” was a highly honored institution that played a vital role in preserving the concept of federalism upon which our system of freedom depends. This ended with the Militia Act of 1903, which shifted the “Militia of the several States” into National Guard units under the auspices of the national military. State and local control was eliminated.”

By the way, Orly.I am not an Obot. I am a concerned who did not and never did vote for O-Bozo, even when I lived in IL. I knew him for the complete, and utter fraud that he is. I am ashamed of the people in IL. for foolishly helping him rise into power.
