Although at first blush the decision by Judge Amy Berman-Jackson may look on the surface to be a ‘victory’, in reality it will prove to be nothing more than another stall tactic giving the ‘appearance’ of justice while Holder/DOJ (Obama administration), the courts (district, appeal, USSC) and the Lame Stream media – run out the clock, with no documents being produced and the continued cover up successful.

Clearly not a thing that has been ‘fast’ about the case while in Judge Berman-Jackson courtroom. She got the case over a year ago, but sent the clearly intractable parties to mediation and even now has decided nothing substantive – merely that the court has jurisdiction and the Holder/DOJ motion to dismiss was without merit.

Berman-Jackson decision at p. 4: “… But there has been binding precedent in this Circuit for thirty-years. In United States v. AT&T, 551 F.2d 384, 380 (D.C. Cir. 1976), the Court of Appeals declared: ‘the mere facts that there is a conflict between the legislature and executive branches over a congressional subpoena does not preclude judicial resolution of the conflict.’ And five years ago, another court in this District carefully considered and rejected the same arguments being advanced by the Attorney General here. …
* * *
“… The Court cautions that this opinion shall not be taken as any indication of its views on the merits of this dispute, which have yet to be briefed, argued or considered in any way. …”

And clearly nothing has been ‘furious’ in her court either, finding that the Holder/DOJ continued delay tactics/arguments, are just more of the same and not based on good law – as the law was clear that the court had jurisdiction. Arguably, the Holder/DOJ motion to dismiss was thus made in bad faith with the sole purpose of delay. See decision at pgs. 41-44. Further, the judge is too kind to Attorney General Holder: (1) who had to withdraw his February 4, 2011 letter that denied that there even was ‘gun running in Fast & Furious’ – replacng that letter with a December 2011 letter that stated that the earlier statement was a ‘mistake’ [a mistake? really? something of that importance a mistake?]; (2) who has been found in dual (criminal & civil) contempt of Congress; (3) who was also caught lying in an affidavit in support of a DOJ subpoena for a search warrant on FoxNews-James Rosen and falsely stated the DOJ would never attempt to get such records (AP & FoxNews); and, (4) violated DOJ protocol in the Clinton pardons of international fugitive Marc Rich and drug dealer Carlos Vignale by never contacting the US attorneys who prosecuted the cases. Holder is a walking, talking, criminal enterprise masquerading as the Attorney General and the Department of Justice.

There will be further delay in Berman-Jackson’s court, but after further drawn out proceeding and delay she will probably rule against Holder/DOJ (Obama administration). But no documents will be produced, as that ruling will then be appealed to the DC Circuit (with many Dem appointees), where more drawn out proceeding and delay will be encountered, but eventually will rule against Holder/DOJ. But still no documents will be produced, as that will then be appealed to the USSC , where further drawn out proceedings and delay will be encountered. And then the Supremes might punt and say it’s a political question or reverse re no standing.

Regardless, there will be elections in 2014 and 2016, and if in either, the Repubs lose the House, the matter will be dropped. Further, like the many cases that Dr. Taitz has brought, the media show no interest, not even curiosity, and moreover often apply the Saul Alinksy tactics of ridicule, and all the courts that ‘heard’ her cases dismissed them summarily without ‘hearing’ the merits.

It is said that, Justice delayed, is justice denied. Well justice delayed, is where We the People get the shaft.

And it is said that, The wheels of justice move, grind, slowly. Well sometimes (and more and more often today), the wheels of justice has simple fallen off.

Most of government litigation has simply become theater. Rather than represent and serve the interests of the People, government represents and serves government. Government simply pretends for us. Life just is not as complicated as our law, judiciary and government has made it.

Fast & Furious, like the IRS, NSA, Benghazi, and AP/FoxNews-James Rosen scandals all go up to and into the White House and Obama.

Where is the Washington Post, Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, NY Times, et. al. – who went after Richard ‘Tricky Dick’ Nixon with a vengeance? CRICKETS……………………….

Kudos to Dr. Taitz, but she can not do it all herself.
